Burger King — Restaurant in Lake Township

Very disappointed. Impossible burger #1 was saturated in mustard, bun was stale, burger was cold. Impossible burger #2 burger had Swiss cheese that I didn't ask for. It was customized on Burger #1. The burger was very cold and bun was stale. Onion rings and fries both very cold, shriveled, hard and over salted. Order was thrown out. Contacted customer service who would only offer coupons as compensation. We had another bad experience a year ago when our impossible burgers were pink and obviously undercooked. We did not order Burger King for over a year but gave them a chance yesterday in which this order was highly disappointing as well. The solution from Burger King was not acceptable. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY No cars was in the drive thru but yet we waited about 10 mins before we could order & had to pull up and wait an additional 15 mins. Our drinks was completely wrong, we didn't receive the bacon on our hamburgers and on top of that they charged me for a extra meal and when I said something about it, the young man replied No Refunds even though it was on me. Well wasn't that just great, paid for food that I didn't order. STOP Hiring Kids Without proper management cause I paid almost $50 worth of BAD SERVICE, NEVER AGAIN. First off to start off with i thought this was burger king you have it your way? Wasnt that there slogan. Rude employees and manager. Asked why do they charge for sauce when i bought an 8 dollar meal. They stated sauce only comes with nuggets i asked for two ranches for my fries and i just told them never mind. As i asked the question over the drive thru mic the woman paused like she didnt know why they charge for sauce so after about 2 minutes the manager got on the headset and stated it only comes with nuggets.
