I find it deeply regrettable to report that my recent visit to what was once a cherished restaurant was nothing short of a catastrophic disappointment, particularly because I chose to celebrate a significant event like Mother's Day here. Despite the restaurant being virtually deserted, the service was an absolute letdown, an affront to the standards we, as patrons, deserve.
Our dining experience was marred by a chaotic delivery of meals, which were haphazardly served at different times rather than together as a harmonious spread should be. This disruption was not only inconvenient but also detracted from the shared experience that a meal is supposed to be.
What's worse, basic amenities like drinks, napkins, and chips that are integral to the dining experience were frustratingly elusive, despite repeated requests. This level of neglect is inexcusable and reflects a severe lapse in service quality.
The culmination of this fiasco was a painfully protracted wait for our checks, which took an outrageous 40 minutes to arrive. As if this wasn't enough, the checks were inscrutably written in Spanish, devoid of any itemization, leaving us in a state of utter confusion.
In a desperate bid to escape this calamitous ordeal, we resigned ourselves to pay the undecipherable bills without question. Such a situation is hardly what one would expect from a reputable establishment, and it left a bitter taste in our mouths that will not be forgotten soon.
The startling lack of patronage now seems ominously justifiable given the deplorable state of affairs. I am left wondering if I will ever muster enough courage to give this place another chance. This lamentable experience was a complete contrast to the pleasant memories I had of this place, and it left me feeling deeply saddened and disheartened.
While I write this review with a heavy heart, I do so with the hope that it will be a wake-up call for the establishment to revisit their service standards and rectify the glaring issues before more loyal patrons are left bitterly...
Read moreWhen rating a Restaurant, I take into account the food, environment, and the quality of service. The food at Los Cabos was great as always, but the service and environment has gone down tremendously in the past 2 years. In this particular experience yesterday evening, my lady and I went to have dinner and a few drinks. It started out with us requesting a booth and the host greeted us and put us at a table even though there was two booths available in the section. One just needed a quick wipe down and the other was being taken by the staff just lounging around. When asking if they would be so kind to give us a booth as requested the lady gave us additude and said fine let me clean it off. She took her personal items off the table and into the back and reluctantly have us that booth.
The waitress was a great change to the host and staff experience, she was kind and quick to give us service when she could. What caused things to go downhill was the staff all were lounging about, including a robust blond lady who seemed to be the manager of the place who was loud and abnoxious the whole time we were there and we could barely get service because it seemed like our waitress was the only one working. She even had the audacity to flaunt a bottle of prescription pills and have people smell them and God knows what else. I wasn't going to say anything, but I did mention to the waitress that the staff and her manager should not be that abnoxious to customers. They didn't offer anything for the inconvenience and didn't pass on the message. I made it simple that I would not be coming back there until there is a complete...

But then she decided to say “ let’s get you the kids one it’s cheaper instead” don’t know if her attentions were good , but everyone perceives stuff differently. Food came right, the burger was small would have order myself a big one but who am I to pick right? I’m Certainly not the costumer . But anyways let me tell you all that the burger had was one slice of white American cheese and that’s it ,no lettuce ? Ketchup ? Veggies nothing just 2 buns and one looking unfrozen patty And some white cheese . That is no Mexican burger take my word for it but then it gets better I end up getting sick from the burger ?, I feel like the burger meat wasn’t even cooked all the way and I end up getting food poisoning ,first and last time we...
