Don's Drive In Chicago — Restaurant in Lake Township

If I am being honest, I stumbled upon this place on a google search for a turkey burger. The burger is definitely a frozen patty and is just ok, they forgot to lettuce to my sandwich. The fries were just ok. Since that is out of the way, The customer service was phenomenal, they get 3 stars just for that alone. I loved how when I walked in the cashier called everybody Mija and Mijo, it was like visiting that Tiía that smothers you with kisses and hugs and does whatever for you to make sure you’re good. A little over priced but food is pretty good and it's convenient. Customer service is terrible! The old lady that answers the phone and takes orders is very rude, when I called to place my order, she answered the phone and I asked did they have the 2 polish special she said no and hung up before I could place my order. So I called back and she wouldn't answer the phone. I drove to the restaurant to place my order and told her she hung up on me and her response was "OH I DONT ANSWER THE PHONE NO MORE!" The ambience: it's a fast food joint. There is an outdoor area for sitting. No indoor area. But this didn't bother me. I've been to plenty of places that are 'pickup and go restaurants'.

The prices: The idea are reasonable. I have included pictures of the menu as of July 2019.
