Dunkin' — Restaurant in Lake Township

Continually out of items. Slow service. Drive thru mixes up orders. One visit, theMike for drive thru was on. Told the drive thru guy but he lied and denied it was on. Really? Trying to help you out here. No one else was around. Told him I could hear the jokes he was telling and he denied that as well. Took 5 minutes and screwed up a one item order. No special directions, straight off the menu. How is that possible? Drove off with the Mike still echoing and decided to take the wrong item since they walked away and did not return to the window I was knocking on.

Definitely not a diverse staff. Each time I have gone there all staff was incompetent. I suggested to some high school students to apply in person, but guess they are happy with the low caliber staff. They did not even consider the two.

service inside has decreased, went inside today between 8 am and 830 am the guy at register is slow and didnt have change so was shorted 62 cents, so i asked, he says they have no change, he gives me $1 so i owed him 38 cents, all i had was 50 cents so hes arguing with me a paying customer that i owe him. after i gave u 50 cents u owe me and still owes me 12 cents and hes telling the lady from drive thru i owe him . learn math if ur working a register. and if i wouldnt of said hey wheres my change of 62 cents i wouldve never got any part of it. very bad attitude the way PAYING CUSTOMERS are treated. PART OF MY MONEY PAYS UR PAYCHECK(S) just very bad service and playing me like i dont know math. DUNKIN STILL OWES ME 12 CENTS. how many people u do this too??? I come to this place go through the drive-thru today made an order went to the window to pay and at the window I see you at the end of the driveway a person there waiting to see if they can get some change from a drive by customer I received my order I asked for coffee and some donuts so that I can give it to this person as it is 15° outside add some collecting these items

I'm told that they are on the timer and I feel that when is this type of weather that regardless of the timer there should be a level of dignity when helping out another human who doesn't have means of getting something to eat I hope they can keep that in perspective at the window they got paid for everything that I asked for so a timer shouldn't really be an object of...
