Five 🌟 s is not enough! That's a BIG BIG statement. I'm a previous pizzeria owner, the "Pizza Shack" in Joliet for 8 years. Our Pizza, created from scratch by the way, thank You very much! Won FIRST PRIZE @ *THE BEST PIZZA IN TOWN CONTEST (23 pizzerias competed). So I am qualified to be a pizza connoisseur and critic. Their pizza wouldn't have won first prize, but, there's hardly a pizza around that can touch this tasty pie. The reason it gets 5 stars, as well as my Love is because their LARGE TASTEY SLICES ARE ONLY $1 !!!!! YES, you read it right, ONLY A D-O-L-L-A-R 🤩 aaaMaZiNg! I call in and add onions, green peppers and the likes for PENNIES😀 also the dudes that work there are sweet guys, really! I like that a lot about the place as well.

HORRIBLE!!!! We spent $65, order a chicken caesar salad, it came but with no dressing. Ordered ribs, they came but smelled HORRIBLE and were mush. Ordered jalapenos poppers, they gave us 2 and then 7 mozzarella sticks because "That's all they had left for the night". We ordered soup, that never came. We ordered shrimp, it made us literally sick for the rest of the night. Then I paid $8 for a chicken sandwich which was literally like a cafeteria chicken patty.. Also, ordered a 6pack of squirt, they brought us 3 cokes and 3 sprites. When I called to try to fix the order the guy was SUPER rude, and told me "They ran out of what I ordered so he just gave nr what they had left for the night". He didn't call me and ask or anything. Then I called grubhub, they called Luganos and tried talking to the guy, he only refunded us for a $3 soup, even after we told him we'd give him all the food back if he brought us the right stuff.. Grub hub ended up giving us a promo for free good.. Only $15, We're greatful Grub hub even did that, but now we are hungry and put $50.. Literally will NEVER order from this...

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Employees barely speak English and they are very rude. I placed an order for delivery at 840pm they told me 45 minutes I called back at 935 they said someone on the way they lied and hung up in my face. Delivery driver arrived finally at 1020. Waited two minutes and pulled off mind you they kept lying and texting me about arrival time. So I had no idea when to be ready to go out.
