Let’s begin, I purchased a 3 topping pizza online. Received a call from the store they was out, on one of the toppings. I understand the the fact of an item out of stock, but they tried to charge me for 3 toppings but the phone call indicated I was getting 2 toppings. So I ask for my price and it was the same (the online price) they funny! So they mean to tell me 2 and 3 toppings are the same price. He’s getting mad… so with that being said, I feel like this place is a rip-off and fella I spoke to was rude and dumb founded. How can you call and say they outside? I wanted to try something new and the photos on the website made it look tempting. I place my order online on the app Slice and when I received my order it was cold. The delivery driver had gotten lost. I ordered a liter of soda and since they ran out instead of substituting what flavor I wanted they sent an order of burnt dry fries instead. I ordered the appetizer teaser chicken wings look like hummingbird wings. They were tini tiny and dry burnt too. I ordered a large pizza and it didn't even look large at all I should have just bought a DiGiorno pizza instead of spending my money and just had saved my money. Sat, August 31. I placed an online order at this location at 12:50pm. Mind you the place is supposed to open at 11am. Thru the slice app, I placed my order and was to expect my order come at 1:45pm. It is 2:30pm as of right now, and still no delivery. I expect my food to be hot and fresh. To top it all off they refuse to give me a discount or my money back. I just spent over $71.00 on my order.
