You asked for a review, well here it is. This place is ridiculous, it’s one of the biggest jokes I’ve seen in a while. Management needs to be ashamed of themselves, no business is ran this way. Our total came to over $150 for a total of four people. This is NOT upscale dining. It’s a freaking hole in the wall. It’s Monday night, and about 10 ppl are here with one server. They didn’t have Coronas, the substitute was a hot Modelo, he had to chase the server who was walking around and socializing and finally settled on a Stella. He order MacCallen, for some reason they couldn’t find the bottle, but instead of telling him they just left him sitting and waiting. After he went to find her again, she goes you have to order something else. He said forget it I want a refund, she says I have to call my manager on the phone and she’s not replying, WTH? First of all this is stupid because who charges you 18% gratuity, 3% surcharge, and tax as soon as you sit down. That’s STUPID!!! So when you mess up (like you did all night), you want to start nickel and dimming me, and this is why you will NOT stay in business. You charged me more than $22 for a catfish dinner, when I bought it to your attention you said this the old menu, I don’t care which menu it is, it’s the one that I see and you didn’t tell me anything other than upon arrival. Then you bring me back the difference in cash, but you swiped my credit card: here’s the problem you didn’t remove the amount from the gratuity, tax and surcharge total - that’s a SCAM. This is what you should think about before you charge people for walking in the door. The fish was good, the chicken taste like spoiled garbage, they’re half wings and the sides were pathetic. They gave me 8 potatoes (I mean strange fries) and 1/4 C of dark Mac and cheese. How does this night keep getting worse??? AND it doesn’t stop here, as I was fixing to get my unhappy self out of here, but first decided to go to the bathroom before I leave. There are only two single unisex stalls one is empty & locked and the other has no tissue, no soap, no paper towels! I walk out complaining and everyone wants to know what happened. All female patrons trying to find tissue and give it to me, you know what that was the last straw. You didn’t get water, the drinks are watered-down and this chick is plain ole clueless. Oof, do not come here. I demand a refund, don’t open if you don’t expect to serve people - PITIFUL!! This experience was very agonizing!!! UGH!!!

I recently visited this spot in Chicago while out of town for my birthday, hoping to have a good time on a Monday night. We found the place on social media and came all the way from downtown to the Southside, but unfortunately, the experience was far from what we expected. Right from the start, the security guards were rude and unwelcoming. Neither of them said hello or asked how we were doing(mind you we are grown women). Once we were seated, the waitress made it clear that if anyone came in and paid for bottle service, we would be asked to give up our table—even though there were unoccupied tables. We ordered food and drinks, and I will say the food was good and the music had a nice vibe. But the sections were way too small, and there were more people than seating available in each section. The real issue came when, after we finished eating, we were relaxing and enjoying the music, only for a waitress to come to our table (specifically ours, out of the several empty ones) and tell us we had to get up because someone had purchased a table. She was rude, rolling her eyes and walking off, leaving the customer who bought bottle service awkwardly standing there waiting to claim the seats we had been sitting in. It completely ruined the mood, and I immediately ordered an Uber since we had nowhere to sit and were so far from our hotel. To top it off, there was supposed to be karaoke, but there wasn’t any at all—it felt more like a club than a karaoke night. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, especially on my birthday. I wouldn’t recommend this place if you’re out of town or a female looking for a good time and decent service(unless you like to buy bottles because they clearly prefer those customers over tourists).

Honest review here the place was hard to find for me... directionally challenged. I wanted a salad with salmon and it got great reviews here. Welp, went in and went to order and what we thought was no more salmon turns out to be no more salad 😳hmmmm ok. Well I'm out here now and ordered the salmon dinner with 2 sides and some jerk sauce. I asked and made sure the grilled salmon wouldn't be dry. Oh no, it's definitely not dry it's good. Ok cool. I'll have that please. Rang it up ang the price was pricing $34. I'm not tripping but I am. After looking at my pick-up receipt I see I've been charged fees and gratuity. I'm sorry what now?? Now, let me say there's a sign right at the front where you place your pick-up orders-- it's lays out the rules, regulations, processes for dine in, credit cards, etc. There is an 18% gratuity for dine in added to the check. Ok, cool. I wasn't dining in I'm ordering and picking up my food and i was charged a gratuity and service charge. Let me also mention the $1 jerk charge. None of this is listed on the sign. Needless to say I was unhappy about this. Let me decide if I want to pay these or not. Don't just charge people. The customer service was good. The food was ok. The salmon was dry and that pissed me off. Lesson learned: ask ??? before ordering. Salmon Dinner$24.99 *Jerk$1.00 Service Charges (3.00%)$0.78 Subtotal$26.77 Gratuity...
