Longwood Foods — Local services in Lake Township

I HATE the fact that UPS sent my package to this location. They are extremely rude and unprofessional. They have a sign that states their temporary hours are until 9pm, however they locked their doors before then. Their open sign was FLASHING OPEN and they were yelling through the door that they were closed before 9pm. This is unaccepted to advertise hours and then lock the doors prior to the stated closing ESPECIALLY when you are holding people's property. This location for UPS Access Point is TRASH. It's extremely unfortunate that this local business operates in this manner. Due to this business practice I would never patronize this...

Do not get your packages sent here for UPS. They do not have the literacy skills to read and understand addresses. Each time UPS sends my packages here, this place says that they don't have them and then they end up finding them later. This time they lost my package and offered no explanation. They are very rude and cannot comprehend well enough to be a UPS...

I've been going to this store for over 20 years and the same people are still working there...it's a small store off of 111th and Longwood with a big punch...they have things you need from Pampers to Italian beefs...yes they sell your favorite restaurant foods also...small menu...
