Seashell Restaurant on 69th — Restaurant in Lake Township

I recently stopped coming to this location because the quality of food went down since their grand opening a couple of years ago. I started to go back, in jan of 2023 and food had gotten a lot better. This past sunday, I placed an order over the phone and spoke very clearly, the order taker repeated my order back to me. I was on lunch break with limited time, they told me 15 minutes, so I gave them 30, got there and food wasn't ready and the cashier (order taker) was not knowable AT ALL on the chicken that I ordered. I ordered a 3 piece dark (which I ALWAYS order), She gives me the receipt and I see 3 whole wings on the receipt. I tell her "wings are not dark meat", she then proceeds to tell me with confidence "there is no difference between chicken, chicken is chicken no white or dark". I was astonished by her response. The customers and even the security was astonished with her response. I then proceeded to ask the young lady how long it will be for dark she said an additional 25 minutes, but still was firm on that there is "no difference, no or white or dark in chicken". After an additional 30 minute wait I got the chicken, and was disappointed. The fries were cold and the chicken didn't taste fresh. The establishment needs to do a better job with hiring people and training them properly before putting them on the register or taking orders. The young lady seemed to be new. I was offered 2 cans of soda "for my inconveince" which was a joke to me! I WILL NEVER STEP foot in this establishment ever and being a healthcare worker and working for 2 big name hospitals in the area, I'm definitely detouring my coworkers and hospital management away from this...

Customer service at times could be better. The food is average at best. I personally miss going to the one on 71st and Jeffrey. Excellent service and delicious appealing food ! They offer double meat on all their burgers etc since the patties are so thin. You get free fries with your meals or a substitution. Hey ete on 69th you get a unseasoned thin pattie. COLD... Ffries always!!! You don't get a drink including as the other restaurants give. It looks ran down upon entrance. The one on Jeffrey looked nice and they remodeled it's looks even better. They offer way more options than 69th. They serve nachos, hotdogs, chicken/steak Phillies, They have a better variety of sandwiches period. They offer different desserts. Beverages... Their deals are much better. I could go on but I believe you guys get the picture... Oh the drug addicts and dealers don't hang in or around the restaurant daily. They come and go ! I don't know why both areas are terrible but 69th is worse for...

My order was supposed to arrive at 8:30 didn't get there until 9:15pm. Then the delivery guy comes to the door asking for payment without the food in his hands. After I sign he walks back to the car where he finds out he looked his keys in the car with my food. He comes back to the door and asks for a hanger and a screwdriver. I only have a hanger and then he walks off down the street. 10 minutes later he calls me and asks for a screwdriver again. Finally he figures it out leaves the food with my little brother and pulls off. FInally I have my food but it's cold and I'm missing my pop. The manager says she's gonna remake it and send it back out. I am not very happy as I am a delivery person myself so I know how things are supposed to be handle.. Won't be ordering from...
