They need to SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN ASAP!!!!! They would try to make you spend anything due to it being ‘Tax Time’. I should’ve NEVER went to this store!!!! I went on February 25 (3 weeks ago) to order a two piece furniture set, kitchen table and tables for my living room. When I left the store I notice on my receipt they over charge me, I went back to the store and Eddie gave me my difference with no problem. They told me my furniture was going to be delivered on March 7. The day come & they furniture guys called me at 7am saying they are on their way with the furniture. My son was super late to school due to the time they came and how long they took with everything. The man did mention to me it may be a problem with my sofa to fit in due to how big it was & how small my door entrance was, but they was gone try to fit it in. When they did that they damage my walls and took my closet door off the frame & knock some of my things that was in my closet down & was even stepping on it. After trying so many times to fit the sofa in & damaging my walls, the man said it won’t fit but he knew a guy that could break the sofa down to were it could fit into my apartment. He told me to give him a few days until that next Thursday (March 14) for them to break it down & bring it back and try again. Days go by and nobody calls and tells me nothing. I called them everyday asking about my sofa and when are they going to bring it & asking if Eddie was there and they would say he is not here. So UNPROFESSIONAL!!! When I finally talk to Eddie (this past Saturday) he told me the situation with their guy who is breaking down the sofa & he broke it down friday but still fail to call and let me know. Eddie did say monday (which is today, March 18) they would be delivering the sofa and put it back together. I told him ok I’m going to held him against that if it don’t work out. I text the guy that brought the furniture and ask him if they were delivering the sofa monday (like eddie said) and he tells me no they are bringing it Wednesday. At this point I am mad & stressed out. It been three weeks since I brought the furniture and two weeks since they brought it to my home. I made a mistake & kept the loveseat because I thought they was going to bring the sofa the next week. So today come and nobody called me. I couldn’t put what I had to do on hold and wait to hear from somebody, so I drove all the way back to the store. I talk with Eddie and told him I am not satisfied at all. I told him I want a refund they could come back and get everything. He tells me he can’t do that due to my order being a special order. I didn’t order anything special. They made that a special order when they couldn’t fit it in my apartment door. If I would’ve known what I know now I would’ve went back then when they couldn’t fit the sofa in and ask for a refund. Any other furniture store have a policy stating ‘30 days refund if not satisfied’. I was willing to pay extra for another piece of furniture but Eddie said it was too late. I have kids and I don’t have money to waste on a TERRIBLE company that can’t accommodate you. I would NEVER COME BACK NOR RECOMMEND ANYONE TO COME...
Read moreHorrible! I would never shop here again! I paid for my furniture a week before my move in day and they delivered my furniture at 8pm. I called them three times during which time NO ONE EVER TOLD ME THAT MY COUCHES WERE NOT COMING. And they were also missing my head board. I had to wait 5 more days to get the rest of my furniture, so I went to the store for them to tell me that the couch I paid for was discontinued and I had to pick out a whole new couch, which I didn’t receive until the 8th, and they still didn’t have the head board! It is now day 10 and I still don’t have my head board. I tried yesterday to see when I could get my head bored and they couldn’t give me a delivery date and I couldn’t get in touch with Eddie the owner, because apparently that’s the only way you can get your money back. This place is very unprofessional and my next step will be filing a report with the Better Business Bureau. And I will also be doing a review on social media because I have to warn potential consumers! We gotta stop allowing this terrible service in our community!!!! They already overcharged me because I wanted to upgrade my queen mattress (Which came with the bedroom set) to a pillow top and I had to pay full price for the mattress. I PAID IN FULL in the beginning of March and was told I would receive all my furniture by the end of March. When it arrived my new footboard was damage. I have been really patience with this store due to Covid, but everytime I call to check on my backorder they can't find my invoice and make me text them copy of my receipt each time. I was told my furniture will be here by the 1st of June. Here it is the 1st of June and I had to call them mid afternoon because no one reached out to me. Only to be told that my furniture will be here today anytime between 12pm-8pm (I called at 2:30pm). I asked the young lady if it can be here by 6pm because I have to leave my home for an appointment at 6pm. She says YES. The driver calls at 4:45pm and I ask him the same thing. He says YES also. I call again at 5:30 only for her to ask me to text my invoice again. She tells me that he will be here by 7pm. I can not wait till 7 for some furniture that I should have received in March. Please be careful before buying furniture from here. THEY ARE INCONSIDERATE And DO NOT VALUE...
