THESE PEOPLE WILL CALL THE POLICE ON YOU AFTER THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY! DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS BUSINESS! Backstory: I stopped in to place a new order and talk to the cashier about the mistakes she made with my last order, Sunday @ 11:30am, showing the receipt as proof. She remembered me and recalled some of the mistakes she made when I pointed them out to her. However, she refused to help rectify the largest of the issues which was her overcharging me. Rather than charging for the specials I ordered, she charged regular price as seen on the receipt. Even using a calculator to add all the items up, a reasonable person wouldn't deny this and try to make things right. Instead she had a reason for everything making it up as she went. I even told her this may not actually be her fault but the way register is programmed or poor training from her manager. I asked her if she could talk to the guy cooking, and she said, "I can't talk to him because he's mad today." She told me "I don't know what to tell you. I can't get in touch with my manager " after I asked could speak to them. She then walked in the back , totally dismissing me. At that point another guy came from the back to talk to the cook so I asked could I speak with one of them. Tito heard me out, used the calculator on my phone to confirm what I said and gave me the manager/owner's name saying I could check back after 4:30 tomorrow. The cashier then came back being belligerent telling me "to get the f@#$ out", "we can't help you", "I didn’t overcharge you", and say many other curse words before snatching the receipt out of Tito's hand and throwing it in my face. I maintained my demeanor asking her to stop cutting me off while I was talking to Tito and reminding her that I remained respectful during our entire interaction so should wouldn't be allowed to disrespect me in any way. I reminded her that I even offered her grace when suggesting that she may not be the root cause. She continued to yell and called the police saying, "I need yall to come get this lady out of my store!" I finished my conversation with Tito, but the police had not arrived. THE GOOD PART: My grandmother orders from this EVERY Friday night. She orders so much that the associates even acknowledge her by name and remembers her orders. She even tips the drivers as much as she can!
THE PROBLEM: Last night(9/30/23) she ordered a 30 piece honey bbq(which she loves from this location) leg and thigh, and two gyro sandwiches. They charged my grandmother and didn’t even deliver her order. Today, (10/01/23), she called to ask for a refund or if they could even consider bringing her the order today instead. However, the associate only said you’ll “get it” in 30 minutes. She didn’t provide any clarification on whether my grandmother would be refunded, or if the food could be re-ordered. I just called at 8pm, and a man yelled at me saying that they have over 200 orders today, and will send it out in 30 minutes. This is absolutely unacceptable and disgraceful.
It is truly pathetic how some establishments take advantage of elderly customers, who have been supportive throughout the years. When this location shuts down, I will not be surprised. I just hope that the innocent and honest employees receive better employment.
The driver came out and brought the food, but they didn’t even tell her if the problem was settled. I pray and hope that she finds a better place to work for, she seemed really stressed and I don’t blame her at all!

Read more2/8/23-HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!! My uncle is 70 YEARS OLD & orders from this place just about every single day & despite being a senior citizen, he does know exactly what he orders. They've forgotten part of his order more than once. When he called 2x to tell them his drinks were missing, the woman who answered the phone was rude, ignorant, argumentative & dismissive. She was going back & forth with him, telling him he didn't order the drinks & she didn't charge him for it, so they didn't forget to send them. That was followed with, "all of the calls are recorded, so we can always go back & listen." He tells her to go listen to it & see if he didn't place that order. Her reply was, "I took the order, I'm the manager & I know what I'm doing!" How about saying you're sorry for the miscommunication & I didn't hear you ask for the drinks.
