I would never ever share or provide any information about this restaurant. The service is ridiculous and the customer service from the employees is just shamefully unbelievable and are extremely rude and obnoxious and have no sense of what customer service really is. When I was there I had waited some 45 minutes for my order as I watched three or four other customers come in and order after me practically ordering the same thing. "Also, just for the record these were not call in orders either." When I inquired about my order, I was confronted with a very nasty disposition from the order taker and the individuals in the back room. In-addition, they had not even giving me my order and when I ask for my money back they had the audacious character to tell me that they don't do refunds although they had not even giving me my order. This this location should be shut down a customer or patron coming to this restaurant can never see what goes on behind this large wall that blocks and all viewing from showing you how your food is being prepared. I mean they could drop your food on the floor then propel some of the bodily fluids upon your food especially if you get a rude and obnoxious employee that screams and hollers at you and don't even pay attention to you as the customer. There is no way, I would even remotely tell anyone to go to this place to spend that money to receive the service that people constantly received they need to shut that place down. Again not to mention they are extremely extremely slow. What is really scary when I called the 115th office, I was told to write a letter and that the owners / managers would not meet or assist in anyway resolving the situation over the 95th Street restaurant This place is ridiculous. Read moreTo whatever Jabroni is going to feel the need to try to make this more than it has to be....... So, I drove 454 miles 7 hours and all I wanted was Flippin ribs but lemme tell you what I got. So after not eating all day so I don't have to feel guilty about the amount of cholestrol I was possibly (because clearly this didn't happen) going to consume. So I grab my phone..... hit goggle...... I'm slow so I copy and pasted the phone instead of using the little phone thingies, phone rings and the lady pick up after 40 some rings and finally hitting the end button. So I called back.....three times.....for it to ring busy, (there is a reason I'm telling you this) I finally get someone to pick up and she is soooo nice....... she starts by asking how may I help you, I say I would like to place an order for pick up. She then proceeds to take said order read said order back to me wait for moment and then says you have to come in and pay for it before we cook it. Why oh why did you not lead with that cuz I was like 15 minutes from yo spot why it #^#% &#^$ ^#^@, did you take my freaking order if I had to be there and the 3 minutes I just sat here and did all this I'm not even gone say because I can't say it with out cursing. I just wanted some BBQ, and I been eating here for years upon years and there was a very very specific reason I had to have these ribs. I was so confused trying to figure out why did you even take my order. I ended up getting pizza from another local place but I am not mad for this place has given me and a loved one I just recently lost, years of good time and happy memories, I actually will be back the next time I'm willing to drive 900 miles to eat this food because it's worth it, which is why I gave the food a 5. Read moreWaited 15 mins in line just to say I was here for a pickup. The lady had a serious attitude…shaking her head, huffing and puffing like the customers was bothering her. I spent $50, got 3 dinners and an extra sauce. They put it all in one bag. As soon as I got outside the door the bag handle broke, the bbq sauce spilled out and some of my food came out. I gathered the food back and took it back in and tried to explain to the woman that has the attitude that the bag broke and maybe they shouldn’t put it all in one bag. She then says to me”WE ARE NOT ABOUT TO GO BACK AND FORTH”. I responded and said ma’am I’m not going back and forth with you…all I stated was the bag broke and I needed my food repacked. She says something under her breath then takes the food back. 5 mins later she comes back with the food, double bagged this time…but still all the food in one bag. Then I look in the bag to see if the extra sauce I bought was in there and it wasn’t. She then takes my food back again as if I was lying about a $2 bottle of sauce. Returns my food and the sauce. There was no apology , a thank you for your business or anything. This was my first and last time here at this location. I will never return, will spread the word of my experience to friends/family. I have no problem leaving great feedback when I receive great customer service. But this was just so unprofessional. The wait time was way too long, the music was blasting she could barely hear me through the bulletproof window and it was flies flying around. Terrible customer service and word of mouth...
