It used to be a great restaurant if you wanted tasty chicken. I'm not sure how long they have been cooking chicken as it's ordered, but I know it's been at least the past 6 months. We went through the drive-thru & 6 months ago, they claimed they didn't sell only dark meat chicken, it had to be mixed & we don't like white meat (too dry), so we drove off. The second time, about 5 months ago, we tried ordering through the drive-thru, they claimed they were OUT of chicken at 5:00 p.m. on a Thursday!! What kind of restaurant or manager runs out of the MAIN dish?? Then, we went about 3 months ago & they said we would have to wait 40 minutes, but they did have dark meat, so we waited. When they brought the fried chicken out to our car, half of the breading was gone & the chicken was burned on most of the pieces!! The last time we went about a week ago, they said we'd have to wait 30 minutes or more, but they did have dark meat, so we chose to wait, (along with other customers) they brought our chicken out to us & it was good this time. The cashiers need better training & apparently the cooks & possibly even the manager do too!! Read moreAfter I did an online order and arrived at this location at the time stated my order was to be ready. There was no one at the counter but 3 employees, including one who seemed to be the shift manager or leader talking and sitting around. After about 5 minutes the one worker who was working their butt off, came and ask me if I had an online order. Initially they couldn't find my order, but after showing my confirmation it was found. Unfortunately I watched the person who was fixing my order, make a order, touch their face, the headset, then proceed out the door and dela order to a person waiting in drive thru, the open the same door, and come back in and proceed to fix my order with the same gloves on. They then proceeded to pick up the apple bites with the their hand with those same gloves on. At this point, I politely asked them to please change gloves and remake my order. This is when the employees from the lobby decided to come to work and ask the person if they needed help. Which obviously they needed help from the time I arrived. So, the employee was upset and rightfully, so. After this wait and debacle, my chicken looked a mess, I didnt get my Mike's hit honey biscuits, and my apple bites were old and cold. The lady asked what I was here for and I told her a pick up online order. She gave me a different name and I said no that's not me. She put the food in the pick up area and I went to go check to see if it was mine and she told me it was not my order. So I waited 10 more minutes. The girl packing the online orders came over and read off a name. I shook my head no that's not me. She asked for my name. The lady packing the order then pointed to the original one that was placed in the pick up spot said oh here it is. And the lady right next to her told me it wasn't mine.
