I ordered the burrito suizo, it came with melted cheese & your choice of green or red sauce, I chose green. We also ordered 10 wings, different types of tacos, the rice, beans and salad. I had 1 bite of the burrito and almost vomited! ALL I tasted was lime/lemon juice & it was so strong it burned my tongue! We looked for our server to let her know but couldn't find her, we found out almost 45 minutes later that she'd clocked out & left. We ended up dealing with the heavy set girl but she wasn't pleasant to deal with AT ALL! We tried to get her attention quite a few times, but she kept ignoring us. She went to the table right beside us & my husband said something to her when she was done talking to the table next to us, but again she completely ignored us!
We SHOULD HAVE been out of there in less than 45 minutes, but it was over an hour & a half before she FINALLY came to our table! And they weren't even busy, there was only ONE other table there besides us and it was only 2 people at the table! Anyhow, when she finally came over to us she asked us how everything was & I told her that my burrito with green sauce was disgusting and inedible, but everything else was delicious! I swear to you, she looked straight at me & said "you should have said something to me about it so I could've taken care of it!" There was only 1 small bite taken out of it, it was obvious. And I told her that we looked for our original server for a while but never saw her afterwards she took our order & she said "oh yeah she clocked out & left almost an hour & a half ago" I told her we figured that, which is why we'd been trying to get her attention for almost that long, since right after she brought our food out to the table. That I took a bite from my burrito not 2 minutes after she dropped the food off & had to.spit it out it was so nasty I almost puked and we'd been trying to get her to come back to the table ever since then! She shrugged her shoulders & said "I don't know what to tell you, what do you expect me to do about it?!" She had an attitude & it was VERY OBVIOUS that she didn't wanna be there, but had no choice, she was EXTREMELY RUDE, had a nasty attitude, she ignored us the entire time we were there, only coming to our table 3 times. Twice to drop off food, the last time was to pick up the plates when we FINALLY had a chance to tell her about the food! She never brought us the bill either. Almost 20 minutes after she picked up the dishes & me asking her for the bill she still hadn't given it to us so I had to go to the front where the register was, she was leaning against the wall playing with her phone, I asked her for the bill and she sighed, OBVIOUSLY pissed off that I interrupted her cell phone time! I told her I'm paying in cash, again she sighed pretty loud, you could DEFINITELY tell she was irritated!! She told me the total, didn't give me a receipt or anything, so I asked for 1 & she got mad! So she typed a bunch of stuff in her computer, like she had to.put in everything we ordered again, sighed really loud again & gave me the receipt. We will NEVER go back again! SAVE YOUR MONEY! Read moreAfter 3 times calling and placing a order, I finally was able to try these "HAPPY Hour" $1.25 tacos, Food was great. A month ago we placed an order, when we arrived, my daughter went in to pay and get our food, sadly she came out empty handed...Because, the "HAPPY Hour" $1.25 tacos are only that price if you have cash, we had none, it took to long to get the cash and return to fresh food, so we didn't eat them that day, then we called and placed an order a couple weeks after that, price wasn't right, because we were using our digital wallet, so The "HAPPY Hour" $1.25 tacos are $1.99 if you're not paying in cash, which I don't know why, they do nothing different except run a card, honestly, not too much difference financially. However, again i was unable to pay because i was using my digital wallet and they dont take any tap to pay, no ApplePay, Samsung or Google. This time called in an order, got the total on the phone, of $34 and some change, wooowww! But when I arrived to pick up the order, I was asked "ARE you paying cash or card?" I hand her the cash, the total went from $34 to under $29. Which is fine. But somewhat frustrating. Because that wasn't mentioned when asked cash or card, most that use digital wallet consider it , using a "Card".
A COUPLE SUGGESTIONS... -To avoid confusion and waste yours and the customers time, if someone is placing an order over the phone, **Give the customer all payment options accepted by the restaurant, and clearly state what payment options are unavailable, nobody wants to run all around trying to find cash for an hour, letting the made to order plates get cold and nasty, -Happy Hour Tacos from 2 to five, $1.25 a piece ( cash only) $1.99 with a card is posted clearly on a sign behind the counter, however, when ordering on a phone, that sign is not there, SO please give a little more information on pricing of the tacos, We had to ask a million questions, to get any type of information on the food and prices, and had a few poor experiences with this restaurant bety u y u ÿ my only complaints or suggestions, everything...
