Culver’s — Restaurant in Lake Zurich

Incompetence! Incompetence with the person person who took my order, with the person who made my order twice, and the manager with no quality control. Order was placed 5:30 pm Thursday April 25th 2019. I simply asked for tons of mustard and explained to the cashier how I would like it on both sides of the bun. I recieved a one wrong burger and the other with squirt of mustard. When I drove thru again the casheir refused to speak to me so that my order would be correct when I reach the window as to not waste more time. I simply got "pull forward" repeatedly. When the manager had no idea what tons of mustard meant, I spoke to the cook explaining exactly how to make it. In the end the order still was no where close to what I asked, the manager did refund one order, however, instead of putting some extra mustard on the burger, he brought me packets. 3 people I spoke to on how simply to make it and it still...

My party and I originally walked inside to order. Team members acknowledged our presence but continued to choose to ignore us, disrespect. So we decided to order through the drive thru because they seemed more attentive to customers from that method. Unfortunately after carefully and slowly iterate our order, we checked our bag and were given a wrong item. I will not forget to mention I found a hair in my concrete mixer!!! It seemed deliberate since the hair was really mixed toward the bottom of the dessert. It was such a unpleasant experience that I refuse to return to this location. Obviously the team members at that hour are spiteful we came in to order an hour before closing. I personally know how it is since I've formerly managed within the food industry. I am appalled and just blown away...

I have lived in Lake Zurich for 5 years, will NEVER go back to that culvers. Its not managed, the line employees run the place. I have NEVER in all the times I have been through that drive though have they gotten my order right. Two plan cheese burgers large coke and large fry. Really that hard, I came home with one burger. Last month I ordered the pot roast, I was as cold as a poorly cook swanson tv dinner. Really. I swore I would never go back. And that was after swearing from the time before the pot roast. When I ordered a chicken dinner and it was not cooked all the way through, so I micro waved it like a swanson tv dinner, then not much better. Really, I ran QSR for years....this place is poorly...
