I ordered through the drive thru I was a large order but it was clear and correct at the speaker and order was repeated. When I go to the window I asked her to please repeat my order because I noticed the drinks were missing. The cashier at the first window just repeated two items from my order and I politely told her that I didnât hear her mention my drinks she adds them and reassures me the order is correct. They give me my drinks and receipt at the second window and I noticed they charged me for two double cheeseburgers and no deluxe crispy chicken? So I told the other associate there are items missing from my bag, so they tell me to go to the third window . Well they forgot about me. I call the store and explain to them my order is incorrect and that they forgot about me. I get a nice young man as their messenger instead of the manager. I told the young man Iâm missing two sandwiches. I hear a lady yell out that she gave me everything I ordered, I said no maâam my order isnât correct how are you going to tell me what I ordered? I donât even know where that voice came from? Iâm assuming it was the cashier. I was at the third window for nearly 20 minutes waiting. Then when I get my sandwiches the double cheeseburger looked like it had been slammed together meat splat all over the bag ! Customer service is key and management should come to their attention ASAP. Be polite treat people how you would like to be treated itâs simple great food and great customer service. Politely apologize and explain that you are busy give the customer their order and ask them to please return. That simple ! Donât fight with the customers.    Read moreOn April 11th I waited 30 minutes for my food. I waited patiently since they were busy but then people who had come well after me were being served. I got someone's attention was told to wait and after saying it had been 30 minute one woman offered to look up my order but the other woman rudely looked me in the eye and said no let her wait. I quietly waited 15 more minutes and the man next to me who came in well after me got his order gave me his receipt to show his order was placed 30 minutes after mine. I went back up to the counter and told them I just wanted my money back because I had to go pick up my grandson and I was going to be late and I was tired of waiting they finally looked up my order and realized they didn't even have my order in the system. If they had bothered looking when I went up the first time instead of being rude to me they would have noticed it then. They couldn't be bothered to give me my money back they just gave me the food from my order which was cold on top of being an hour late so my granddaughter who I had with me waited an hour for her food which was cold and gross. I was on my way to a Dr appointment and my driver was paid by the insurance company so they probably shouldn't have stopped but I thought it would be quick. I rarely get out for breakfast and was really looking forward to a good sausage McMuffin, hash brown, and the caramel coffee. When I finally got my order I waited until I got to the other side of town to my appointment to open my bag of expected good stuff. I wanted the hash brown first of course and then my disappointment hit when there wasn't one. I called the store and spoke with the manager who told me I could come back and get it now. After 10 minutes of going back and forth with her explaining why I couldn't come back now or during breakfast any time I gave up and submitted a complaint through the app. It has been over a week and I am still waiting for a response to my complaint.
