First off it should be noted that this is a chain not a “local” coffee shop.

That being said the inside has a very nice atmosphere although a couch or some more comfy seating for longer stays could be nice.

The staff was friendly but definitely overwhelmed. They just opened today and I think the response was bigger than they expected. Almost all of their bakery items were out and it did take about 10-15 to get our coffee.

I wouldn’t put too much stock into the wait time though as I’m sure once they settle in they will operate normally.

The coffee is good. Not great but good. Their selection of coffee types will please real coffee lovers but their limited selection of frilly or flavorful drinks may be off putting for those who like the sweet stuff that somewhere like Starbucks offers.

The hours are great considering most coffee shops close early in Lakeland. Having a spot in central Lakeland that’s open later and has ice cream is sure to be well received.

Overall this is a great addition to the Lakeland coffee scene.

Nothing too fancy and also not too sugar focused.

Just decent coffee in a great location with great hours.

I’ll be back soon to try out there sandwiches and ice cream. The blueberry muffin was pretty solid.

Stop by and support their...

The shop was beautiful. Only 2 people working the counter while a manager (?) sat at the end of the counter watching. 2 people in front of me when I arrived and no one behind me; one sweet girl took the orders and did the food options while another made them drinks. Once I got to the counter, I had to wait while the one taking orders turned to make drinks (3 drinks ahead of me) no one behind me. They were out of what I ordered so I was made "basically the same thing" for $2+ more.

All in all, it took 20 minutes from walking in the door to walking out for 1 coffee and a muffin. Definitely order ahead if you're going before work so you don't clock in with 1 minute to spare like me; I just passed by, saw it, and stopped in. Nothing spectacular about the coffee I received, actually couldn't finish it because it left a weird aftertaste, maybe had they had been out of cold brew at 7:20am, it would've been better. Hopefully they get better or at least another person to relieve the young girl from taking orders, warming food, running food to other end of the counter and helping make drinks or another to help...

Went to try this place out today because I love trying new coffee shops, especially since I’m new to the area. I walked in and the place is really nice but I wasn’t too pleased with having to stand/wait in the long line because they only had one register. After ordering I had a seat and while waiting for my drink, there was an employee walking around greeting everyone asking how was the food/drinks. Once she got to where I was sitting, she completely ignored the fact that I was sitting there and says something to the next customer and then proceeded to come back to me as she was headed to the other side of the restaurant. Overall the coffee shop is aesthetically pleasing but I won’t...

We’ve been to several different Foxtail locations across Orlando and surrounding areas so when we heard the news one was opening here in Lakeland we were super excited. We went on the grand opening and despite it being the first day our ice cream and drinks came out fast. I got a butterscotch vanilla latte and the cookie butter swirl + blonde ice cream . Everything was great and the latte tasted far better than any of the other locations. Super excited to have this nearby and will definitely be frequenting. Love how it’s located nearby Bonnet Springs Park which makes it a great place to stop off at to grab a coffee before going on a stroll around the park.
