I had Uncle Bucky's BBQ at the recommendation of my daughter who raved about them for months. We stopped by after leaving the Strawberry festival with meh food (no serious, I tossed food after one bite) and tracked down Uncle Bucky's truck which is available year-round!

You won't find better BBQ or customer service ANYWHERE. These gentlemen truly have perfected their craft. You can slide the bone right out of their massive turkey legs and savor the mellow smokiness in every decadent bite. Their ribs (I bought a whole rack as well) - OMG - there is some serious voodoo magic happening here... They fall off the bone, melt in your mouth, make you want slap the person wanting to share with you delicious. You'll wanna try their baked beans too...sweet, flavorful with actual brisket (not just flavored). THE finest BBQ I've had in my 50 years as a Florida native who has eaten at a lot of food trucks, festivals...

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Uncle Bucky’s Southern Bar-B-Q, and I must say, their ribs are some of the best I’ve ever had. The meat-to-sauce ratio is perfect, allowing the quality of the meat to shine while still delivering that rich, flavorful sauce we all crave. The sauce itself is phenomenal, perfectly complementing the ribs and enhancing the entire experience.

What truly sets Uncle Bucky’s apart, though, is not just the incredible food but also the charisma and warmth of the people. The staff makes you feel right at home, creating an atmosphere that’s as inviting as the food is delicious. It’s clear that they put as much care into their service as they do into their cooking.

You won't regret it!! I've had my share of bbq and let me tell you, QUALITY is the name of the game here. The meats are high quality!!! I'm particular about how food makes me feel and I felt like a million bucks after eating this bbq. I did not feel sluggish and I was so satisfied. Make the detour and stop by here. The people who run this are as sweet as can be.
