In response to the rude and inaccurate statement made by Mama Bear, whoever you are? I've worked there for a total of 12 yrs and still to this day take PRIDE in my work and do the best I can! We are short staffed and only 2 of us working during the day! I have ran the floor by myself with MORE THAN 12 customers, all tables full. When I am busy waiting on others or in the middle of something, I let them know that I'll be right with them, which is exactly what I tell everyone who comes through that door. Today was a very HOT day and I personally don't deal with heat well especially while running non stop! Everytime I stepped out the door to the enclosed deck, it was like putting a plastic bag over my head and I was having difficulty breathing. The only couples that went outside NOT to get away from me but after receiving their drinks, went to either enjoy the outdoors since coming from high temps of triple digits or to watch the Bass weigh in.They were very appreciative of the service and their food! A couple inside the Pub ordered drinks one of them being a soda. At the tail end of the pour, I felt it looked like it had run out? I asked and they replied "It was fine". I served ONE more soda onto the deck asking about that one? It seemed a little flat. So I went inside and poured some into a glass and tasted it seeing that it had no carbonation. I quickly tried contacting our Camp Host to go next door to the store and get a CO2 tank for me so I could get the situation fixed asap. I informed a table of 6 that had just sat down out there with kids that if they were going to be ordering sodas it was going to be a little bit because I needed someone to get a tank and hook it up for me. I NEVER had one complaint from one customer today and in fact while all this was going on, a table of 4 out there on the deck so excited to see me back working there and enjoyed their time handed me a $20 tip and a hug to go along with it! NOT ONE CUSTOMER EVER asked me today if the till was broken cuz they couldn't get their bill! I have a very LOUD voice due to the fact that I am hard of hearing and can't hear myself when speaking! You are discriminating against someone with a disability! If I'm such a horrible server, then why do I make such good tips and get lots of compliments for how busy it is but yet what a good job I'm doing? I try to check on my customers every chance I get but sometimes it is impossible when you are short staffed and have other obligations as well. I don't like it, but Businesses all over are dealing with the same exact same thing and yet they too are getting complaints from people who have no respect for the struggling due to Covid! I have reported your review to Google to be removed along with several of my staff members and co-workers across the way that ALL know me and are shocked by your horrible review! They all see me at work on a daily basis and know me better than that! My Granddaughter was sitting there all day and witnessed not ONE customer sitting at the bar ignored for 15 minutes! Cameras everywhere to back me up! I NEVER INDIVIDUALLY disrespected every customer in there! Apparently you have an issue with me for some other reason to go and lie about such things and stretch the truth! But you are only ONE person and I have hundreds that have been coming there many many years that will come to my defense! Please find something better to do with your time than go on media like that trying to ruin...

PAM yelled the entire time we were there and single handedly offended every one of her customers!! We sat at the bar for 15 minutes in front of her while she complained to everyone in earshot and ignored us, no menus, no drinks, no acknowledgment whatsoever. She griped that it was too hot to attend to her customers outside, a mere 25 ft away at 65 degrees. She yelled that the CO2 went out and made announcements to the entire patio and indoors about it, multiple times. She still served customers flat soda. Two couples went outside to get away from her. She insisted to the customers, and delivery drivers, and maintenance that the reason for her awful service was because she was slammed with a total of 12 people in the entire establishment! Another couple sat for 10 minutes with no acknowledgment because she was so "slammed." If she spent less time yammering away, disrupting her guest complaining about everything under the sun she could actually do work. A couple had to ask her if the billing system was also broken because they had to wait so long to get the check. We didn't see her again after being served because she was busy yelling at the poor maintenance guy. The experience was stressful. Don't remember the food, just the horrible taste this classless employee left. Pack a lunch and a cooler and avoid this stop all together!

As we are fully aware that we are all recovering from a pandemic, we are willing to support local businesses anyway we can. While staffing may be an issue, poor etiquette, and bad service is still inexcusable. Just showing up to work, is clearly not enough and unfair to ask your patrons to endure a HORRIBLE experience because all PAM is capable of... is showing up.

If PAM, not Pan, is unable to perform her job, perhaps she's better off at the number of other businesses that are currently hiring.

My review should reflect that I feel sorry for the other people, including vendors and the cook that not only showed up to do their job, but did it pleasantly and professionally and still have to put up with a rude loud mouth, who brought the entire establishment down.

I imagine that the real concern is that PAM, not Pan, will read this review and she will have yet another reason to endlessly complain all day to everyone she can hold hostage with her bad service. Please, don't make more excuses for her, we heard plenty...

Don’t waste your time or money. We are locals here and wanted to order some good food. The first time we ordered we had ordered a side of mozzarella sticks though after we get home that’s 15 minutes away, we realized that they gave us Cheetos chips and charged us full price. We decided to give them another chance so we ordered food the next night. This time the order was VERY SIMPLE and they couldn’t even get the sauces right after we waited the hour and a half. We called them to express that they keep messing up our orders and just want the service we pay for, though instead of compensating us she said it wasn’t her position to do anything and I guess they don’t have any managers to talk to ether. At this point they are so unprofessional they will no longer get any service from my family/friends and I hope others will avoid them since I’ll guarantee you that something will be wrong with your order as well as no compensation. They simply don’t care about their job...
