China Moon Restaurant — Restaurant in Lakeview Township

This place has been around quite a while and has not changed as long as I've been here... virtually the same buffet items with the same music. Good basic buffet with ample seating. There's no single item that I have any complaints about and they have all the items a person really needs. I usually hit it up when I visit Madison. I usually hit this one up right at 11AM and at that time everything is usually fresh at any chinese buffet. Prices are competitive.

Their crab rangoon (actually a cream cheese wonton) is good here... nice thin crust with plenty of filling... no buffet in this area has crab rangoon like theirs. I do wish they carried honey chicken again on the buffet though. I've always like the General Tso's Chicken though. Overall no complaints other than a somewhat limited selection....

I ordered General Two's Chicken with fried rice fried cheese wontons w/ red sauce. . My chicken had this nasty sauce all over with two pieces of broccoli drenched in this sauce. I also had a pint of white rice separately . I had driven away otherwise I would have taken this bs back . It was the worst $24 meal I've ever received. My cheese wontons where not fried enough. Decided to drive to Madison from Sioux Falls, and check out the buffet, arrived and went in to find a sign saying "No Debit Cards, No Credit Cards" and had no cash in my pocket, the ATM machines at the 2 banks wouldn't give me cash on either of my cards being Saturday Afternoon.
