The only “complaint” I have is the parking lot. When you get busy it’s a mess. Just a suggestion, maybe the driveway closest to the building could be an exit only and the other one an entrance. Paint some big arrows to show where the drive through line should form? Just an idea, it’s a small area and I’ve seen many cars nearly get hit, or had cars nearly hit mine several times.

I am very disappointed with customer service. One older lady in specific. She came out Of the restaurant while I was in the drive-through yelling at me to forward so I can order. Just so you know there was no extra room between me and the other car to move foreword enough to order. Went to Dairy Queen tonight in Madison, SD, and they went above and beyond with customer service tonight. Wanted to bring home a sunday for my husband and told them we would be driving for awhile, so if they could double bag it, that would be great. Well, not only did they double bag it they put ice in a waterproof bag and placed the double bagged sunday inside it.
