McDonald's — Restaurant in Lakeview Township

I am totally done with Madison's McDonald's! Just ordered a double quarter pounder with cheese meal, waited in the parking lot for fries, drive 3 blocks home, fries were cold! I hadn't eaten all day and as I ate my burger, I thought it tasted odd. Then I looked at it and it was raw!!! I call the store and I'm getting a refund but the excuse was the cold temperatures froze the "fresh, never frozen" meat! I drive truck and haul a refrigerated trailer hauling everything from me cream to produce and rest assured, the excuse I was given was a BS lie! In subzero temps in the -30's, I've NEVER had a load freeze that wasn't supposed to freeze! $11.44 for cold fries and a raw burger is NOT a value and being told a BS excuse then get a snotty attitude from the night manager when I catch her in a bold face lie is also NOT a value! Considering past issues with Madison McDonald's, I have no desire to spend my money here anymore! It used to be a decent and reasonably priced place to grab some food but over the past few months, it's turned into an overpriced not too good place. As a rule I love McDonald's Coffee, hot or iced. After a particularly hot day I decided to stop at your Southern most Western Ave. Location in Sioux Falls earlier this week for a large iced coffee. The drive thru line was barely moving but I touched it out for every bit of 20 minutes to finally make it up to the service window. I drove away with my iced Coffee sipping on it as I did. There was no ice in the cup and the coffee was tepid and extremely watered down. I think your people need to go back to McDaniel School. Some fool obviously made my iced Coffee with hot coffee. I wasn't going to fight the traffic again to sort this out but will just consider this another experience which tell me McD's doesn't want me to return....

do NOT go here at night, the night workers let their friends come here and completely mess around. people in here yelling nasty things in front of children, PURPOSEFULLY going out of the emergency exits just making themselves look like fools, while the workers are standing laughing while they are doing everything! this place needs new employees, new management, new EVERYTHING. this is absolutely disgusting behavior for people that are ADULTS.
