Scooter's Coffee — Restaurant in Lakeview Township

Ordered a cold brew with foam and was given an iced Americano with foam at cold brew prices.

All the ice had melted and the taste was significantly different.

I probably would have been fine with this if I had been told and not charged for a cold brew. But the dishonesty and not asking for the substitution is the last straw for this location.

The folks working are nice enough but with the multiple times my order has been made wrong... I just won't be giving this location my business anymore.

Update: was told to submit a feedback form online. This included rewriting the complaint. I got a prompt response, my drink refunded, and a $10 coupon to retry.

I appreciate the quick response and attempt to resolve my complaint.

This experience has helped me get the initiative to make my own coffee and save the extra money it costs for cold brew. Thank you!

While I feel I came in pretty hot and am considering...

One of the employees here is extremely racist. She very clearly treats customers and employees of color in a completely different way than white customers and employees. She's audibly made disparaging comments about hispanic customers, and has asked inappropriate and racist questions about people in mixed race relationships. All of this is knowledge to the assisting management- and multiple complaints have been made- yet they have taken no action, nor have they made an attempt to report this to general manager, or filled out the proper complaint forms. It's shocking to me to see that a company so focused on relationships with customers would allow this to happen. Scooter's has stated multiples times that they "are proud of the people [they] work with." If I was a growing company supposedly based on family values, I would never be proud to employ someone who is openly known...

I love the taste of Scooter's coffee which is why I pay the money to get it. But it never fails that my order is wrong and my order is super simple! Cold brew with oat milk and 1 pump of caramel.. Many times I have to re-say my order because when one of the girls reads it back to me it's wrong. Then when I can finally go to the window and they hand me my drink it's still wrong. It's getting...
