I have driven past this food truck for the past few weeks, but today I decided to bite the bullet and I was quite impressed. This delightful and pleasant Thai woman had amazing culinary skills running through her blood. I ordered the rice and it was by far the best Thai rice I ever had in comparison to other Thai restaurants in the area. Don’t let this food truck fool you. Tuk Tuk Food Truck is a hidden Gem on Main Street Lakeville. Loctated in the parking lot of Stars Market, this shiny chrome food truck serves some outstanding, authentic and very flavorful Thai food. The owner is an adorable woman, who is very knowledgable with the Flavors of Thailand, and very skilfully seasons each dish that she creates with amazing flavors. I ordered the crab fried rice on the special board. Excellent flavor!! Hot and fresh. The only issue I had was the fact that they can’t sell drinks per the liquor store owner. I went in the (dirty) store and waited in a line of lottery customers for almost 10 minutes before finally walking out without my water to pick up my food.
