Dunkin' — Restaurant in Lakewood Township

The staff are nice for the most part, Iij will at least give them that so regardless of error I try to still tip simply because they are polite but multiple times my order, as simple as it is, it is either wrong or the food isn't prepared right. I always get a coffee a cold brew with sweet cream and 2 glazed sticks. If they put the correct donuts in the bag(there has been times they give me random donuts) the glazed sticks are 99% of the time under cooked. I don't know if that leaves a chance for food poisoning since it is a raw dough but I haven't had the person that I'm getting them for complain about food poisoning yet, just the fact that there is raw dough in the middle which they have shown me. Honestly I don't know why they continue to order it when I ask if they want anything when I'm going for coffee. If I could give no stars I would! Just bought a summer home and this is the only Dunkin’ open when I leave for work- well not only is the overnight guy nasty and rude he sucks at making coffee as well! It’s not to difficult to be polite unless your labeling anyone who comes around 4am as someone who’s out all night as opposed to going to work. I go to this Dunkin a lot and everytime it’s something, and not good. They don’t listen to you when you tell them your order, food is wrong or messed up and the drinks aren’t made right. The afternoon crew is the worst. They do a lot of talking and fooling around but don’t listen or do their job right at all. I’ve had bugs in my drinks before, food wrong even when I repeat it back to them 3+ times. I honestly don’t understand what’s so hard about their job. They wouldn’t last an hour at my job with the amount of mess ups. I hate leaving bad reviews and I’ve reframed a bunch of times but enough is enough.
