Dunkin' — Restaurant in Lakewood Township

Everytime I go I ask for a little bit of sugar, meaning less than what they usually put in not that I should have to explain this to them! But it seems they out more sugar! I've just plain thrown coffee out because it tasted like straight sugar not even coffee anymore. Tonight I went to the drive thru and it was 9:40!!! They close at 10:00 but says 12:00 online, I waited there for 5 minutes nobody said anything I saw people looking at me and the just turned off the lights. A simple we're closed would of sufficed! I work at an ice cream place yes it's frustrating when customers come in late but it doesn't matter it unacceptable to close 20 minutes early. This would not fly at my job. Closing time is 10 then close at 10 not 20 minutes early !! So unprofessional to say the least you're...

I continue to go here frequently just because it is convenient right by my job but am quickly starting to shy away from here. 9/10 times if I go through the drive thru (nobody in front of me or behind me) I will order, pay at the window, and be asked to pull around the corner to wait for my order. That is fine. What I don't understand is if I order a basic drink and a plain bagel with butter, why does it take 5-10 minutes to have my order brought out to me and still manage to be wrong sometimes? It makes no sense. Also, watch what you say at the window in front of customers....everybody has a bad day once in awhile, we don't want to hear you cursing...

Went there the other day before work and decided to go inside. There was one person ahead of me. The attendant finished up with her order and walked away and did not ask what I wanted. I literally stood there for a good 5 minutes with no one asking me if they could help me. So I decided to leave and went to McDonald's for coffee. Today I decided to give it another shot and this time they had the door closed to go in with the lights off. Only drive through was open and the line was out to airport road. I've given up on this place as it has gone downhill and it seems management is not doing anything to change it. Oh, well time to find another...
