Dunkin' — Restaurant in Lakewood Township

Iv been coming here for years now and I had no problem, ever since the lady at the drive thru came the {Indian lady} it’s been bad service with her. She sighs while I’m getting my money like hurry she is so rude, one day she said oh it’s you, and she’s like are u sure u have ur money ready? I’m like what????? she left me sitting there for 10 min and my food n drink were ready and she looked at me 2 times and left doing something else, I had to honk and say my stuff been ready n I was late to work. If she’s still there I won’t be coming anymore. I’ll go somewhere else. And I’ll tell my whole family and friends to take ur services somewhere else don’t go there cause if that {Indian lady}. I ordered half a bagel with butter and a medium coffee with cream, no sugar. Very simple order and I was quite clear ... Still somehow managed to screw it up.

I received a whole bagel with a TON of butter in the center. An entire glob of butter not even spread out. I regret not taking a picture, the amount of butter was so ridiculous even my mother commented. The coffee was overflowing and spilling despite the cover being on.

Can't even give the excuse of it being busy because there were barely any people waiting on line.

New employees I think... Please train...

This Dunkin location is consistently bad. I have given them over a dozen chances. They will occasionally get the order right, but most often something is made dry, overcooked, an item is missing, an item is messed up, the orders are completely swapped with a different customers order, etc and I have never gotten reimbursement. They simply state on the phone that u need to drive all the way back to the store to get a refund. That defeats the purpose of the drive through. So I won't be going to them anymire.
