Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Lakewood Township

Tom from the store at 1195 rt 70 lakewood nj was extremely rude and actually hung up on me. I tried to order on the website and there was an error that results in a pending charge 3 times. I called the store to see if the order had went through and if so had it multiple times. I wasnt even allowed to finish speaking before he started rambling about how he cant refund me until the charges post. I asked him if I could finish talking. The call "disconnected". When I called back the kid who answer went to get tom and said hey it's that lady again, she called back. When he finally got on the phone I told him all this could have been avoided since I wasnt calling for money, I was calling for information. I was calling to see if the order was placed and ask if that was a normal error. You should seriously reconsider him as a manager, if he really was, or retrain him to have better...

Why does a GREAT franchise like Jersey Mike's (Lakewood NJ rte 70) use a garbage company like Door dash!? I ordered food through the APP the "dasher" stated it was delivered.... The question is who did the idiot dasher named "Kelly" deliver it to? I didn't receive it so either "Kelly" is a liar or a thief either way they should be fired. Jersey Mikes should reimburse the cost of the order because it's their product that is being ordered. I eat at Jersey Mike's 2-3 times a week for years today I will not order another meal. I deleted the APP so disappointed in the franchise that they would use a garbage company to deliver their food, bad judgement by the CEO and Franchises! Bye bye...

Jersey Mike's as always has good food. The only reason for the three star rating at this location is for poor customer service. There is one person who takes the food orders who was somewhat rude. I asked them for some extra type of meat and they said they could do that. When I received my order, I noticed what I asked for was missing. They then sternly lectured me about how I was supposed to tell the meal preppers what I wanted. Usually at other locations I have only had to tell one person, instead of asking multiple employees for the same thing. This is definitely a minor gripe as the food was good, but it did somewhat damage an otherwise...
