Terrible. All I can say about the delivery service and the food to match. Waited over an hour for lunch on a Thursday. My office building is literally at the other end of airport road (not even a mile away) so I figured why not give it a try and see what happens. We ordered the food for delivery. We put a card on there to pay for it. They waited 45 min right before the driver was to leave to call and tell me the card used was being declined. Spent 2 min on the phone with them to give them another card. Waited another 20 min for the food to go 1 mile. When it finally got here. The fries were mushy wet and cold. My wrap had no buffalo sauce on it and the fries had no salt or any taste. The other 2 subs were cheese steak hero's. There was barely any meat on these subs at all. Their fries to were mushy wet and cold. Really disappointed spent $33 for terrible service and worse food. NEVER going back. I didn't even bother calling them back and letting them know how bad it was because I don't want more food from them and I doubt they would reimburse any money. Go somewhere else for food. The owner said they made a mistake on the times and I would have to wait 40 minutes for the store with zero customers to close up. Not very smart to lose customers and not honoring the agreement. Should have honored the sale but instead lost customers, not very wise.
Edit: To the response you gave me: No I will not give you another chance. The way you dealt with me as a customer was very poorly. When I showed being upset about it, explaining that you should have honored the time YOU put on there, you actually threatened to call the police on me. No, I think you need to take this experience and give it some serious thought on how you would handle the situation for the next customer.
If the people behind the counter are unable to handle a simple transaction then maybe they should find a different line of work that doesn't revolve around dealing with...

This is now the third time where I specified LUNCH PORTION over the phone, and they ignore me, and give me the full dinner. I don't need a dinner. It's lunch time. I said, "lunch portion."
I don't know why this is confusing. But they keep doing this. Why? I have no idea, because they close at 5pm. They arent even open for dinner. They're a lunch place. Why even have dinners on the menu in the first place?
