I am a local that comes to Hello often, and it is one of the top 5 coffee shops that I've been to in the Denver Metro area (I am not a coffee-shop connoisseur, but my husband and I will work in coffee shops at least twice a week. We have our regular places, but also venture out to new places when we can). Hello is wonderful for MANY reasons, but I'll highlight the things that stand out to me the most: The diversity of people who are attracted to this place and the customer service! There are many types of people who hang out in Hello for many different reasons: college students catching up, remote-workers getting out of their house, and older individuals conducting business with one another. I've never seen such a diversity of ages in one coffee shop at one time, and so often. I'm not sure why Hello seems to be the place for such a diverse crowd with diverse coffee-shop-sitting purposes, but I think it indicates that Hello is a welcoming environment no matter what you're looking to do while there. The customer service is also amazing- much better than the other coffee shops I frequent (There are 4 coffee shops I go to regularly). I decided to write a review today because of the kindness of the staff I just experienced while I am sitting here working: I am gluten free, and I regularly order the gf burritos here (they're sooo good). Today I ordered one, and it looked different than it usually does... I was worried that maybe I was given a gluten burrito on accident. I will get incredibly sick if I eat even a little gluten, so I was nervous and I wanted to double-check. I tend to not want to bother people, so I sat here trying to decide if I just eat it and hope for the best, or go up and ask (and risk coming across as THAT person... or simply interrupting their work & bothering them- it is busy today). I only thought about it for a minute, and then I realized that the staff here are ALWAYS so kind. And I thought, "there is no way they would be bothered or make me feel like I am an inconvenience for double-checking." So I went up, asked, and the barista happily explained that they are getting burritos from a new company! So they DO look different, and she absolutely understood why I checked. Like always, she was so kind. The fact that I KNEW the baristas would be welcoming & sweet tells me two things: First, that they have a great reputation for being wonderful. Second, that the same staff have been here LONG enough to gain that reputation. Many coffee-shops have a lot of turn-over. Hello has had the same baristas for a good while (I've been coming here for over 3 years), so they are familiar faces AND they recognize their customers.
All that to...
Read moreI absolutely love Hello Coffee! From the moment I stepped in, I knew this was going to be my new go-to spot. The vibe is warm, inviting, and cozy -- the perfect place to relax with a cup of coffee or get some work done. The decor is modern yet homey, with plenty of natural light and comfy seating. It's clear that a lot of thought went into making this a welcoming space for everyone.
What really stands out, though, is the incredible staff. They are SO friendly and genuinely make you feel like you're part of the community. Whether it's your first visit or you're a regular, they greet you with a smile and take the time to make sure you're having a great experience. I've had some great chats with them, and it's easy to see how much they care about their customers. Plus, this is the first coffee shop that has remembered my "usual" every time I get to the counter.
And let's talk about the coffee -- it's delicious! And, I finally have a place that makes great dark roast!
Hello Coffee is the perfect spot to grab your morning caffeine fix, meet up with friends, unwind with a book, or eavesdrop on the local crochet club meeting. It's rare to find a place that combines great coffee, a cozy atmosphere, and such warm hospitality. If you stop by on a Friday morning, I'll likely...
Read moreI recently visited Hello Coffee, intrigued by its reputation for unique coffee blends and ample workspace. Indeed, the shop lives up to its name with a spacious and inviting interior, perfect for settling down with a laptop or a good book. The variety of coffee options is impressive, showcasing both classic and innovative choices that cater to all sorts of coffee aficionados.
However, my experience was dampened by the service. The staff, particularly one of the baristas, seemed disinterested and somewhat rushed. I understand everyone has off days, but as a customer, it felt unwelcoming. Being hurried along while ordering made the experience less enjoyable. Personal interaction matters a lot in hospitality, and unfortunately, it didn’t hit the mark during my visit.
While the coffee was decent and the environment conducive to productivity, the lack of warm, friendly service was a letdown. It plays a significant role in whether I return to a café, and in this case, it might deter me from coming back to Hello Coffee. A more engaging and welcoming staff could make a world of difference in enhancing the...
