If you're traveling in the area this is where you want to go for good vibes, great service and delicious food!! AND not to mention it's a BEAUTIFUL, old school, large A&W with outdoor car-hops and dine-in options, with table service! I cannot say enough about it...and the staff! I traveled from Wausau for work last weekend and came here after a long work day, open til 10:30pm!!! Yay!!!

I was OVERLY impressed with the staff and their great, HAPPY vibes!! Mostly all young peeps for staff...could've been out with friends on this Saturday night, could've been grumpy about being at work on Saturday night, but there was NONE of that whatsoever! They were laughing, high-fiving, smiling, and attentive to customers. WOW!! You guys NAILED IT!! (KITCHEN and DINING ROOM)

Jayden tended to me and did a FABULOUS job!!! What a nice young man!!

I had 3 piece Cod dinner, fries, root beer float, cheese curds and Chili. Yes!! I was hungry!! It was ALL DELISH, hot and just what I needed(: I was also impressed that this fine establishment was generous with condiments!!

I'll be back for sure I hope! Wish I were there right now haha 😆

This is our 2nd time this month that I have been.beyond disappointed with the service. Earlier this month I took my kids after practice to get dinner. We were the only car their, and pushed button waited for a few minutes nothing. Then 2 more cars showed, and I pushed again nothing for 10 minutes. The 2 cars that came after us, placed there orders and were waiting. 20 minutes is unacceptable to wait in the drive up. Today was equally unimpressed with service. It was around 11:45 am, only a few cars and most people were leaving as we pulled in. I pushed button placed ordered, I even spoke slow and clear so she could hear me. I was then asked to repeat my order because she didn't get it the first time. I then even slower and more clearly placed the same order. I was then asked for the second a time to repeat my order, because she yet again did not get it. By that time I was irritated and left. If your employees were not goofing off, giggling and messing she would've gotten my order the first time. I heard alot of giggling and talking between employees, which may be the cause of here not getting my order. I will not be...

My friend and I were here thurs. nite the7th. My meal was disgusting. I ordered the 2 pc chicken dinner with dark meat mashed potatoes and mac salad. she said it would be a 15 min. wait. it was closer to 30 min. When it came it was white meat not dark , the potatoes were so runny they ran through the fork, and the mac salad was spoiled. when i told the waitress she went and got me a spoon for the potatoes. lmao. nothing was done about any thing else. I've had bad experiences here before and i think this just might be the last. They better shape up or loose their busuness. It's going down hill really fast!!! Hopefully Platteville will...
