
Coffee is good just watch your card they will make mistakes like accidentally charge your card multiple times. Then when you bring this to their attention you will be told you can’t get a refund or gift card there’s nothing that can be done but email the owners because they don’t allow their number to be given out. If you request them to call the owners they’ll do so begrudgingly, then, the owners will keep you on the phone for twenty mins giving you a run around, issue the refund to the someone else’s account, then continue to give you a run around and when you first walked in a simple gift card would’ve made you happy but no now you are out the money you spent for literally nothing and the time you’ve wasted. Sucks me and my lady really liked going here but not if the owners are like this to customers, been in food service way too long to be treated like this. Absurd is putting this experience mildly.
P.S. 1 I already said I would not be returning to support your establishment so banning me is like firing an employee that quit but I’m not surprised. Probably would be more productive to address your problems vs patrons. Hopefully you learn from this but you’ll probably just condem me for your inability to handle a problematic situation appropriately....
Read moreMy husband and I have been here a handful of times. The plain hot latte is wonderful - if you like to be able to taste the espresso flavor over the milk, they do this right! The lower rating is for inconsistency in the atmosphere of the space. The music comes from a stereo by the front door. The best places to sit are in the front half of the cafe. Sometimes the stereo is turned down with more chill music playing - easy to still hold conversation or read/study. Sometimes the stereo is blaring, making it difficult to hold a chill, casual conversation, and also making it difficult to put headphones in to cover up the noise.
We all have our own preferences, and that’s cool. If recommendations are welcome, invest when able to evenly disperse high-quality speakers so music can be heard evenly around the cafe at a lower level and evenly around the cafe, without having to blare at a poor quality from one location. Or if the baristas prefer to have music through their work day, concentrate nicer speakers in their area, leaving the lounging area up at the front with an atmosphere that invites people to gather and have conversation, or sit at the window stools for a great...

This was my first time inside the place and it is beautiful. This was my second time ordering something from this place and neither time was my order enjoyable.
I SO want to support Lancaster businesses as I hope that when I open my own business, I'll be supported.
I asked for dark roast.... there is none. I agreed to have medium roast with an espresso shot. I don't know if the shot was added or not, but it was still very weak coffee. I took my order, got into the car, took a sip and immediately decided it tasted as if I went to QT, prepared a cup, sat it in the car, and forgot about it for several hours. It was warm and just blahhh.
