Fiesta Cancun — Restaurant in Lancaster

The waiter we had started off with an attitude like as if we were being needy. The wait time to receive anything we order was very delayed. We waited 20 minutes to eat the chips and salsa for our drinks. When I had ordered my meal with how the description was no where near what had came out I had the quesadilla rellana there was absolutely no cheese on the burrito, practically just a beef burrito. I asked politely and had apologized to make something else which they did. There was absolutely nothing wrong with what my mother in law ordered. It took 50 whole minutes for them to come back with a remake with being said my mother in law had already finished her lunch and my food wasn't even at the table yet.. I had to ask for a box before I even got my lunch because we were already running so late on other stuff we had to do. I've worked in the food industry as a cook and a waitress for 8 years I know how it can be but I find that a bit ridiculous 50 minutes for a remake...

I’m pretty disappointed in the service of this restaurant. My fiancé and I decided to have a Valentine’s Day dinner, so we attempted to call to place an order ahead. I called 12 times myself, and my fiancé also called. It either went straight to voicemail or rang through to voicemail. We decided to order elsewhere, and went in person to see if they were open and to get our chips and queso. Upon arriving, there wasn’t very many customers inside, and there was two people in line ahead. While waiting, my fiancé called the phone to see if the phone just wasn’t working. The phone rang, and rather than answering or even putting it on hold, the employee just silenced/hung up the phone. If you love Mexican food and lots of options, then you might enjoy this place. I however did not. I just seemed overwhelmed by a HUGE menu, too many things going on, and not very good looking pictures of the food. When I did receive my food, it came out within 5 mins....which seemed almost too fast for a restaurant. This is not a fast food place.
