Madison Street steakhouse and grill — Restaurant in Lancaster

We have been here a few times previuosly with happy results. Last night, not so much! We were there over an hour before our meal came. The reasons given did not fly. (2 big tables, really busy) The two couples , both seated AFTER we were, received their food and finished before us. I've seen the restaurant busier with better service. All we got were "Sorry, so sorry" responses. There should have been some kind of compensation! Won't go back. My husband's steak meal was good, as usual. My chicken skewer was not marinated, as described. Basically plain chicken on a skewer, with a drizzle of something on it. Ridiculously expensive for...

Not an easy one to make happy when it comes to service. So heres the big skinny on this place... they have steaks. They have steaks and the cook knows how ta cook em. Service... lets talk that... excellent - Kealsi did an excellent job. I would highly reccomend this place... they understand why people come to eat and have hours that specifically "meat" that need. Do it... its good and well...

We drove 2 hours to visit here, we were not disappointed!! The steak was cooked to perfection!! Oh it was so good. Then those rolls- I usually don’t eat the roll but these were so soft and smothered in garlic butter - yum. We had service above and beyond. We will definitely go back this summer and spend more time exploring this cute town and...
