Itâs a hit or miss. When you have young kids running a store it will show. The service is bad, the attitudes are bad. Coffeehouse vibe?. I think not! I stopped in on this Sunday. It was two employees. One on the bar. One in drive. The guy in drive acknowledged me. The bar employee said nothing the whole time. I watched as she made my drinks I ordered a venti shaken horchata. It looked like a latte. She put syrup in the cup, added ice, added shots, and then used the shaker top to do three small shakes. Then added a bunch of oat milk. Where was her shaker to make it correctly? I should have taken a pic it looked esthetically horrible. Didnât even taste like a shaken horchata. It was literally a horchata latte. If the employees are unhappy. They should consider changing jobs. Customers spend too much money for thrown up drinks. This was my go to store. It only takes one bad experience for a customer like myself to never return. Coming to Starbucks is a getaway for me and I come for not only the drinks, but the experience. Itâs starting to remind me of a fast food joint. A bad one at that. If I want bad coffee. I will run to the gas station or McDonaldâs. Every time a drink is made. It should be made the correct way.    Read moreI want to be clear.. This 1 star is for the weekend staff at this Starbucks, not the Mon-Fri staff. I always have amazing service from the weekday staff. They are kind, understanding and they even remember me when I come in. The Weekend staff on the other hand has some serious issues. Let me explain. I ordered a drink that definitely was not made correctly. I have ordered it since it first came out the beginning of spring and this is the 2nd time out of multiple times it has been made this way. And guess who made it incorrectly twice? The Weekend staff. Half of my venti was nothing but bubbled foam. Not cold foam... Bubbles from them shaking the drink. I explained that it was not supposed to be that way and asked for them to remake it. Their answer was"No. It's supposed to be half bubbled foam". I said that I've order this before and it's not made that way. They still refused. Trying to gaslight me and "explain" that it's supposed to be half bubbles because they shake it. đ These drinks aren't cheap so should they not be made the way they are supposed to be made? And isn't the Starbucks policy that if a product isn't made to your liking, they will remake it until it is? They even have a sign in store that says that.    Read moreOn 5/9/2025 I ordered 4 drinks from the Grand Cypress Dr. location in Lutz, FL. I ordered in the drive thru using the Starbucks account connected to the email i entered in this form. When I was at the window recieving my drinks, I noticed the only venti drink looked like it was falling out of the drink carrier. Before i could say anything, the barista dumped the drinks in the drink carrier into my car, completely spilling 2 of them before I could even grab the drink carrier from her. She wasnt going to remake my drinks after she dropped them, i had to ask for new ones. Additionally, customer service was not of good quality as the shift lead only offered 2 small towels that i had to return to them, and on top of that, the shift lead was unaware that i needed new drinks, so i had to wait even longer. My car is now completely drenched with coffee and dairy. It soaked in the carpet, inside the air conditioning vents, and all inside and under the seats. I now have to pay $200 for detailing after the barista's mistake. I am extremely disappointed in first, having my drinks dumped into my car from the barista, and second, the lack of appropriate customer service. I kindly ask that you please reach back to me...
