There are 3 girls in particular at this location that have for some unfounded reason to mess around with my orders and quality of my drinks. I'm very patient when they have messed it up either by not even saying anything or by just coming back, or inquiring right there in the moment. Never have I been a Karen, raised my voice or gotten angry. I thought if I just ignored it, maybe it was a coincidence but it's become pretty consistent with a couple staff in particular and only when they are on shift. Last time I was given an INCH of cold brew in a large cup and I was told that's all I get without ice.... my espesso shot has been almost transparent and given in a kids mini cup... when I ask if it is indeed espresso they laugh and smirk. I also was told they no longer give drink stoppers as per new policy. But when I was offered one next time by a different employee I was baffled... I asked if the policy had changed and i was told there was no such policy.... now today the same couple girls thought it'd be funny to add charges to my order on purpose. When I asked for a receipt she was hesitant to give it and the other one came over and muttered something to her. When I looked at it as I drove away I saw a charge for a kids mini water, and charged me full price for a kids lemonade. I was like oh well.... but when my kid tried to put his straw in his lemonade and it was so pack to the brim with ice an adult couplet get a heavier grade straw in it was one too many. I went back and as I pulled up and they saw me they pointed and laughed again as if I couldn't see them through the front windows... maybe they think you cannot? She came to the window smirking and holding in a laugh. I asked to to calmly try to put a straw into the drink and she could barely hold in her laughter. I told her I was done with the ridiculous shenanigans and I don't know why they're doing this but it juvenile and unecessary. I had NEVER given them any issues and have continually been patient with them at every turn. I confronted them about messing with my drinks. Giving me an inch of cold brew in a large cup because I ordered it without ice. The upcharged for the mini kids water as priced for an adult large, she offered to refund the mistake. The over packing of ice in the kids drink so a straw wouldn't go in... she said they were having troubles with their ice machine malfunctioning.... to pack too much ice in a cup??? When I brought up all the other times they'd messed with my order or charges she admitted to messing with me and offered to make it right. Wanting to give me free drinks, offering to refund charges and remaking the kids drink. I said I wanted nothing more from them and to just give me my kids drink into a normal cup with the correct amount of ice. Normally this wouldn't get to me but time after time, we are adults! These girls do not own this establishment and are messing around and think it's hilarious. They chose to get their entertainment from messing with our orders and we are done. Read moreMultiple times I have had to get my drink remade. I order a blended twix which is mocha, caramel, vanilla and almost everytime they put hazelnut in it. This is VERY dangerous for someone with a nut allergy. I am disappointed everytime I have to waste time to turn around and have them remake it. Today I made sure to tell them the twix recipe is mocha, caramel, vanilla and they still didn't make it right. There was no hazelnut but they only put caramel and vanilla and ignored me and walked away when I asked about the mocha part since they didn't mention they put it in when they made it. I have never received treatment like this here and I hope that never happens again, but it would be nice if they could get their own recipes correct even if they need to reference a cheat sheet. When I approached the window, the 1st lady froze up when I presented the app and payment. Then, after receiving 4 of the 5 drinks from a different lady, I stated there was one missing. The lady states, "No, you ordered 4 drinks." I tell her, the first lady read it back to me correctly, 5 drinks. The lady then proceeded to read my order back, stating again that I only ordered 4 drinks. She didn't offer to make the 5th drink I had originally ordered until I looked at her, shaking my head with frustration and disbelief. I told her "nope, I see the problem here."
