Food is pretty good, though usually worse than any other Carl's Jr I have been to. If you go through the drive through don't let them park you. Despite never being very busy when I go there the food takes a very long time. Despite often being the only customer it almost always takes 7+ minutes to get my food

Edit: came in at like 3am and the night shift folks gave me excellent customer service. The food was also as high of quality as any other CJs. I think the problem is that during the day the meat is being held too long and is drying out. I know that food costs and simply not having enough minutes in an hour and hours in a day make that a balancing act but I think it is a good data point to have. I can't describe how happy I was to see this Carl's Jr in Wyoming. Coming from Washington through Montana I thought it would be fun to try Hardee's only to find that they didn't have Beyond options and that was very disappointing. I eat Carl's Jr beyond burgers as my one regular fast food stop (a couple times a month). Occasionally I hit up Taco Bell's potato options but as a vegetarian Carl's J is the top. The burger I got at this location was excellent. Great onion rings. And the service was really good as well. The person that rang me up obviously wasn't used to ringing up the burger I wanted but he was nice and the managing staff was on top of it making sure that it was done right. I just drove across town to get a lunch meal from Carls Jr. In Laramie WY. 10 minute drive there, to be the only vehicle in the Drive-Thru, ordered a Super Star burger with no cheese, and a chicken sandwich. Waited 10 minutes, received my meal, drove back home across town, and I had a barely warm burger, with 2 cheese slices melted into the burgers, and no chicken sandwich. Called to let them know their service was horrible - had not been to Carls Jr in Laramie for over a year because last time I went I had nearly the same experience.
