One of the best brunch places in Laredo, it's located in the heart of the city, inside the Rialto Hotel. The atmosphere is cozy and nice, service is fast and prices are accessible. To drink we got a black coffee which was pretty good, as well as the mimosa and the misto (a beverage made of coffee and milk). To eat we got the Chicken and Waffle which had a very original flavor, compared to other ones we've tried in other places, this was the best one, the chicken was crunchy on the outside, moist on the inside, the flavor was good overall, and the waffle had a very interesting flavor since it was made with corn and jalapeño pepper. The other dish we got was the Chilaquiles with extra chicken, it came with 2 eggs and a serving of refried beans. The sauce of the Chilaquiles was pretty good, the tortilla chips were crunchy and the chicken was perfectly cooked and well seasoned, asked for the eggs to be overeasy, sunny-side-up and they turned out delicious, the beans were good but nothing outstanding. Definitely recommend this place, the entire family...

I also tried the full breakfast which was also good, but nothing out of the ordinary. They did have complimentary mimosas (i had 3) which made the experience the more enjoyable. overall good experience worth a visit. will most likely...
