Burger King — Restaurant in Laredo

Every time I keep coming here its because Im really hungry once out of work and its the only BK close. But they always manage to get one thing or another wrong about my orders & the cashiers tend to be a bit rude. Then yesterday my 3 yr old son was extremely thirsty. I had paid for food and a drink & decided to put some Hi C punch (hopefully got that right) in my sons bottle and one of the employees there tells me in a very rude & know it all attitude tone "you do know you cant do that." And I told her even if I paid for a meal and drink. How would this not make any mom mad. I know your not suppose to for whatever reason but my son was extremely thirsty and I didnt have time to go get change. So I just pour some juice cause I had already paid. But what got me mad about this whole situation is that we saw another employee from this same establishment give out free food to 2 tall guys with skateboards that she seemed to have known. And I mean she gave them free food cause me & my husband did not see them pay her at all. So if you want to goby the rules. Go by all the rules. Everyine knows that this burger chain is not one of the fanciest restaurants in the world, but I would choose it almost any day of the week to take satisfy my hunger. I usually always order the Whopper, and sometimes when I feel bold I will order the Whopper Combo meal. I have noticed that they have raised their prices considerably for the combo meals, so I don't always order thus. This particular location is pretty fast and the food seems consistent as well. The service is skmetimes hit or miss, but they seem to always deliver what I order. One nice feature about this location is that therr are plugs near some of the tables so you can charge your phone whike you eat! I hope that some day they woukd extend their hours because it is usually late at night when I am starving...

Don't even stop at this location ugly and nasty 🤮 🤢 The manager working Sunday 5pm needs to be shown some manners and respect that's no way for a manager to be acting she is to be the example and not rude closing the window hard and violent is not a good example the staff seems friendly and kind but the managers are always rude and disrespectful if you don't like your job it's time to find something else the manager yelling si te gusta si no vete ala verga my way or the highway like what is that horrible experience a little manners takes you long way she needs to...
