Chopsticks south — Restaurant in Laredo

It was my first time here. And also my last. I ordered a mix fried rice. So poorly done. The first picture is theirs off their menu. The rice on the gray plate is mine. I must of eaten all the shrimps, But look at my chicken and beef. Ugly!! I called and a lady answered and I ask is it the same chef everyday. She said no, they have another chef that comes in. I told her if they always cut the meat and chicken very small. She said yes. All the time. I really wanted to speak to the man that took my order but she took over and said it's always cut small. Excuse me it's TINY! I wish it were different but it is what it is. Im not used to getting served like that. If i pay for it. I dont care if you charge me EXTRA but serve me...

I've always ordered from Chopsticks south in regards to sushi. The chicken fried rice this time was absolutely amazing. The sushi was great. I ordered the Spicy Crab and Khaled Rolls. Amazingly delicious compared to other "gucci" established in Laredo.. I loved the cream cheese on the Chicken fried rice. The flavor was elevated to a whole new level and added to the amazingness of the already great chicken fried rice. I've traveled and have been to Japan while in the military and I must say that service and quality is good and reminded me when I was in Okinawa. Great job to...

The food is perfect, plus they can accommodate your taste buds and put together any roll of your liking. I had them make me a custom roll that I dubbed "Geo's delight"

The dessert hits the spot if you have a lingering sweet tooth and they have plenty of aguas to choose from that will help rehydrate you with Laredo's hot weather!
