My wife and I went for lunch there yesterday. The waiter was very friendly and I noticed they had the lunch specials for $7.99 advertised on the wall. So we went ahead and ordered two. The lunch special reads, Filete al gusto $7.99 monday through friday 11:00am til 2pm I think, (we got there at 11:30am). The food was ok but when I got the bill I noticed they didnt charge me $7.99 but $12.99 which is regular price. So I asked the waiter why?, since I made it clear I wanted the lunch specials.... Quickly some guy with glasses comes up to my table, im assuming he's the owner, and said the special comes with cole slaw and rice and you ordered fries on one plate and veggies on the other thats why its regular price. Then he asked me If I ate there often because everyone knows that... lol seriously? I asked him, then why wasnt I told that before?... and the guy just walked off... wow... ok... last time I eat here...

HORRIBLE, I went there, ordered two tostadas for appetizer at $10.00 EXPENSIVE, Ordered the shrimp with wrapped bacon and after eating the first and not feeling the taste of Shrimp, I decided to unwrap the shrim which had two strips of Bacon LOTS of cheese and the shrimp was the size of a quarter, after I decided to bring it up to the waitress and asked her to bring it up to her manager, she just came back with the tab and a face of embarrasement, the manager didn't even have the dececy to address my concern, if you love sea food DO NOT GO HERE, you are better off at Long Jhon Silver, if you know...

to the owner of mariscos costa azul Yesterday 11 / 09 /16 i order the fry tilapia i was very disappointed with the cleaning control and iam not come back to that restaurant " COCKROACH ON MY FOOD " it was disgusting that make me vomit i live in Houston TX and i go to laredo very often i normally choose good restaurant employees good service after this experience i have send this review to the owner to considered more attention on cleanest equipment and pest exterminating Otherwise customers like me we will leaving looking forward for clean restaurant
