Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Laredo

Last Saturday March 14, 2020 I went to this location for a Jumbo platter and my order was incorrect and I decided to answer the survey that comes with the receipt. It took me by surprise to see a quiet quick and unexpected response from their end. They apologized for such incident and offered me a replacement meal for the inconvenience. NEXT IS THE RESPONSE AFTER I RECEIVED ANOTHER EMAIL FOLLOWING UP ON THIS MATTER. "The contact was made through email, but never received a phone call from a representative, yet I am not sure if I provided my phone number but I could state I did. When I went to get my breakfast meal replacement I was offered a complementary drink which I asked for a coffee (delicious), but my JUMBo plate wasn't handle carefully because its food it was all over the place and the scrambled eggs well overcooked. Taste overall it was fine and what I am extremely surprise is by the way you guys reached out to me to try to deliver quality services to your costumers. This has made me decide to give this specific locatio 4STARS on Google Reviews. I will continue to go to this location and I have a feeling you do take seriously constructive feedback and will make the changes needed to have a 5STARS google review. Thank you for prompt response and solution to this matter".

Visited jack in the box and waited for about 10 minutes in the drive thru and no one took my order, I keep saying hello and nothing. Finally I drive up to the window and I tell the girl what happen and she doesn't even care. Just ask what I wanted to order, so I order milkshakes and she tells me they don't have any. Then some one that I think was a manager approaches the window and I tell her what happen, and again doesn't care because she nor the employee apologize. The manager takes my order but I tell her the employee said they don't have ice cream but she said they did. Manager charges me and give order quick I guess just to shut me up. Both Manager and employee were rude and unprofessional. I saw employee make shakes with manager and she was laughing i guess not caring and at me. Grate service and the restaurant seems clean and its conveniently located in the corner I front of Walmart in Zapata highway. Food is what you should expect from any jack in the box noting out of the ordinary. I don't recomend the tacos here the "meat" is all mush together I would not call it meat haven't been here for a wail the only thing I come for is the chiken burger and the egg rolls they are not able to mess those up yet. The food especially the tomatoes and lettuces fell old and like they thrown away instead if being served in a burger. I have gotten sick from eating at this Jack in a box but I have ate here a lot especially back when I was in college. Now a days is rear for power famaly to eat here.
