Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Laredo

Waiting for an hour for an order that was supposed to be ready before. Horrible customer service and lazy workers. Lets the lobby crowd up to the point customers outside. Hope y’all get better workers who can actually manage the place not those lazy people. Giving out orders to people barely walking in when i was waiting for 1 hour. There’s a TV that says when orders are ready, might as well throw that because the workers will tell you the orders not ready yet then continue to talk and ignore you...

I eat Pizza Hut frequently. I was closer to this location so decided to get my pizza here. This is the worst pizza I have ever eaten from Pizza Hut. It had very little ingredients. I ordered the pizza and they said it will be ready in 20-35 minutes and we get there and it wasn’t ready so we waited for 1hour and 5 minutes more.
