Burger King — Restaurant in Laredo

Extremely disappointed with the service. I’m not sure whether it was the fact that I was in a law enforcement uniform or the fact that the employee as well as managers don’t care about the service or quality of the food. I went in and the cashier was with her back towards me, she was talking to another employee and both completely ignored me. She turned didn’t even greet and asked in a demeaning tone what I wanted. I told her a #2 the whopper with jalapeños and bacon. She added it was the Texas whopper. I paid 14 plus change to get a cold whopper with only one slice of cheese that was cold and not melted. The bun tasted moldy and the meat tasted cold. No bacon nor jalapeños. Extremely disappointed. The whole experience reminded me of the cold cooked burger from the gas stations that you heat up and at times have a cold spot. The drive through screen wasn't completely working so I couldn't see the full menu. I was asking about the new burger being offered . For the dragon movie. The drive through female who has pink hair was being very rude kept telling me .NO ...to me.asking about the burger . She told me 3 times NO as an answer for my question. Until I kept insisting that I wanted that meal. I went up to the window to pay she looked at me rudely and just waited to charge me took a few minutes . The staff doesn't care. We have experience first hand that they just don't care for customers or their work. Managers do everything. I used to loved this restaurant but since new staff it is just not the same. 😞 I used mobile app to speed things up; they don't care. I wanted to give another change today and we were waiting in the drive thru for my chicken salad. The manager instead of being humble she blame us for all the customers that left behind us because they wanted us to wait in the front.
