Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Laredo

If I could give it zero stars I would little Cesar’s mines rd has the worst customer service they told me a fancy pepperoni would take 15 min but a regular pizza would take 6min so I agreed on the regular and was asked to park in front of the store as I was waiting I could see the cars that had been in back of me getting their pizza after 15min of waiting I get down and advise the manager that I had been waiting for my pizza and was witnessing them give pizza to the vehicles that were behind me and all the manager could say was she was sorry the customers that were before me were very upset as well and advised that they had witnessed them handing out pizza in the drive thru while we were still waiting on our pizzas I witnessed the employees playing around and using their airbuds I hope the owner of this location trains the staff better or hires more experienced employees before he/she starts losing business as for me I will start going to...

At first when Little Caesars opened up near my home I was exited and the staff was great and so was the food, but now the staff have been slacking off and just take long on preparing the pizzas. I'm not just saying because the food gets to me about 30 minutes after I order for takeout but the fact that I can literally see the staff from the windows just talking and not moving around helping with making the pizzas I was really disappointed. I just hope they can get it together and help each other and not take long on orders, like I see the people waiting in their cars waiting and waiting and look back again at the staff and MAN they are still just talking, very disappointing. I love how the staff tries to discourage you from buying pizza after you already waited in line for 39 minutes by saying 3 extra most bestest will be about a 15 minute wait do you still want them??? Yeah duh I'm already ALL IN after waiting in line for 39 minutes! And then once I get home I come to find out I got 3 toasted classics that look like they've been sitting there forever. Management here is a joke. I strongly recommend going to the Calton Rd or Santa Maria location's a little bit further of a drive but at least they know what they're doing there and have good customer service.
