The Diner — Restaurant in Larned

This cute place caught our eye on the way out of Larned so we stopped for a quick bite. What a treat! The place was gut-rehabbed from the previous diner and the design is true to retro 50s-style - from the counter and bar stools, to the tables, lighting, and signs. Our breakfast burritos we very tasty and served wrapped in foil in case we couldn’t eat the whole thing and wanted to take the rest to go (we didn’t need to; we finished both). Dessert was a classic, soft-serve vanilla ice cream cone for $1 because we visited on the day of their grand opening. Highly recommend a stop here for breakfast or lunch. This place is absolutely amazing. Very very cute little diner, excellent service, and fantastic food. We got the chicken strip baskets, they came with chicken strips, fries, and gravy. It all tasted great and at a great price. 10/10, would recommend to anyone traveling out this way. Oh, and super clean bathrooms, they smelled like cinnamon rolls, so perfection.
