Service is terrible every single visit for the past 5 years. Seems like only one person is working there all the time. This past visit today, they lady at the window didn’t give me my credit card back or receipt. I understand, I’m also at fault for not realizing it, but when I called about it, they said they dont have it and it will take a week to review the cameras to prove I didn’t get it back. So I told them, whatever it takes, I just need my card back or need to know what they did with it. Then I was told that I should just cancel my card instead. Yeah, duh! The point is, get up and look for it. Call the person that was working at the time. It only takes 5 minutes to check a camera. I gave them a time. Don’t waste your money here. It is the worst Carl’s Jr. in vegas for customer service and taste. It’s the closest one to my house but I will be driving somewhere else for fast food from here on. And by the reviews, I’m not the only one who got their card “stolen”. This store needs to be shut...
Read moreOn occasion I come to this Carls Jr. the food is often good. However the employees always seem to be more into the conversation than helping get food out. As soon as you pay they ask you to pull up and park. … there is normally no one else in the entire drive-through . If you decline they give you attitude and ask you to back up to reset the timer. (Defeats the purpose of the timer.) I’ve done both parked and backed up and when you park, your food takes forever and it comes out cold & soggy. Backing up You get attitude, but they seem to move a bit faster knowing your can see them!
They always shove all the food in one bag so full you cant even grab the top or close it. They put the fries on the bottom and the huge burgers on top. So of course they are all smashed. Plus pretty sure the waffle fry size is normally a medium box at all other locations ..
Also, I dislike the fact when you want to use Apple Pay or tap … take your phone. .. no gloves or anything .. because they have the scanner...
Read moreThis rating is based only on this morning's visit. Normally it would get 5 stars. I was vehicle #3 of 5 in the drive thru. It took 25 minutes to get from the order box to the car in front of me stopped at the window and not moving for another 20 minutes. Apparently the grill went out and the employee let us wait nearly an hour until getting to the window to find out our food was not being prepared yet because they did not know how long it would take to get the grill back online. It would have been nice if they told all 5 vehicles and let us choose to stay and wait like the inconsiderate person in front of me trapping me in so I could not get out until my roommate got out of my truck and pounded on the drive thru window and told them to get the idiot out of our way so we could pull thru and get...
