There were no customers in the drive-thru or in the dine-in area. When we arrived in the drive-thru it took 5 minutes no exaggeration for them to get on the speaker. When they got on the speaker we were asked to hold on three different times that 5 minutes turned into 15 minutes. When we ordered an approach the window there was still no cars other than us in the drive-thru and nobody and the dine-in area. We were asked to park and a parking space at this point and that they would bring our food to us. After 15 minutes of waiting I got out of the car to see if there was any people in the dining area that could be holding up progress here but there was not not one single person nor was there any cars in the drive-thru Don't know what the employees were up to in there but we were the only customers over the last 45 minutes at this particular location that being said it took an additional 5 minutes for them to bring our food and in doing so you think it would be hot as maybe they were making it fresh but that wasn't the case and any event I do like Jack in the box however this location needs some work. I do not like to be asked to park in a parking space when I'm going through the drive-thru the whole point of a drive-thru is about convenience and efficiency. If someone wanted to park in a parking spot they would park in a parking spot and dine in I don't like playing parking games when I'm trying to order food through a drive-thru. I don't understand how this is such problem it's supposed to be fast food. Not when it's convenient for them type food we have a countdown timer on our drive-thru and we're not meeting that timer therefore we're going to have you park in this parking spot and then we're going to take our time bringing you your food still meeting our quota for having cars go through the drive-thru time and an efficient manner which totally defeats the purpose of having that timer in my opinion corporate needs to adjust these things and go back to the way things used to be Hot fresh ready one ordered made one ordered fresh and efficient. I understand most of these places deal with first-time job havers. High school and college kids. And the elderly however that doesn't mean that they do not have to be efficient being that these may be people's first time jobs it should be something that they learn efficiency and time management are important things in the real world not when it's convenient for them when they're in customer service industries that's where the entitlement of this generation is coming in but that's just my two cents take...
Read moreI do not know how they stay in business. You have to shout to get someone to finally give up and take your order. Then they tell you they have to check to see if they have food. Then they say they do, but it is cold (no kidding). I guess no one there knows how to turn on the grill. This at noon on a weekday.
I am about to conclude that if you want to eat in Las Vegas, drive to a grocery store and cook something. Service is mediocre AT BEST, 8 oz of Pepsi in a glass with ice in a restaurant is $10, and the fast food (I use the term jokingly) will not take your order or cook food for you.
EDIT to "owner" I went to the website and wasted yet another half hour on your "survey" only to get asked for my personal information including my phone number. I refused. That stopped the survey and threw it out. So, you have to have my personal contact information, full name, etc. and you expect me to put that in a form that goes who knows where?
