3-18-23 The food, coffee and dining experience at most Dunkin's is usually good in most areas but this location (which is in a nice area) is an exception. The food was good but the dining area (tables, floors, condiment table, windows) was filthy! The floor looked like it hadn't been mopped in days! The corners had built up food crumbs! There was at least 6 people working behind the counter and a total of 8 customers in the dining area. When my wife brought it to the attention of Pat the Manager, she was unapologetic and simply said.. "Ok" The least she could have said was "Thank you for bringing it to my attention". Pat Immediately came out front to start cleaning the condiment area and another employee started sweeping the floor. I understand why the employees don't place importance on upkeep when the manager has what appears to be a Curt demeanor. Attitude reflects Leadership! We won't be returning to...
Read moreIt was a perfect Saturday Summerlin pit stop this morning at 8am for some donuts, a muffin bagel & juice! The donuts are fresh, soft, and perfectly round. We got glazed, devil's food chocolate, blueberry and sprinkled donuts with an "Everything" bagel & cream cheese on the side. Counters and floors were clean, but nothing seemed enticing about the atmosphere to "eat in." There was nobody in line so I walked right up, ordered and got out in 5 minutes! I recommend "to-go" orders but bummed they do NOT sell plain non-glazed donut holes! There were about 6 polite but quiet staff members waiting for those "still asleep due to Vegas late night activities" customers to arrive later. I did NOT get coffee this time as it has a weak flavor, it's nothing special and the java is a bit oily. I prefer the competition's brewed coffee but thanks Dunkin' for a yummy...
Read moreSaturday afternoon and all was quiet yet it took this young man 10 min to make an egg sandwich on an English muffin and two lattes. There was one worker doing dishes and one sitting in the dining area on his phone. The muffin was raw and cold, even after asking he toast it twice. There is no sense of ugency or demand to get the orders out and on to the next task. This is not the DD I know. They have a long history of orders out the door, hot and without mistakes. This DD and it's three millennials left to run the business on Saturday didn't represent itself professional or organized.
