McDonald's — Restaurant in Las Vegas

This mcdonalds is not good, I just went there & waited 25mins+ to get my food (went there after work because the one near home maryland & katie is also nooot good they never have food on stock waiting in line is like being at the restaurant on the table not a drive through) when I was told 5 mins wait time I did not get a receipt (mhhh weird???) ordered 2 spicey chicken sandwich, 2 macgriddles+ 2 pair of the parties, large fries, they did not give me 1 of the chicken sandwich & the one I got was cold tasted old food, the bun not fresh, the fries were cold & not fresh very saggy I asked the lady if everything was in the bag & she said yes (but I had to drive in again because I was told to wait and they never went to give me my food at the parkin lot, no cars on the drive way & yet no fresh food & no fast service) I called them as soon as I got home and did not pick up the phone what a service! Something simple & cant manage it i dont review bad things but this is out of place not 1 location but 2 & also the one on westminster ave in Ca. Same issue they forgot my food multiple times!!!!!!! this is not the only one, big business and cant manage. Just buy your burgers elsewhere and i was gonna go to in and out they are busy they have good burgers they are always fresh...

I pulled into the drive thru at around 12:40am tonight April 28th, 2021 with my infant daughter to place an order. An employee came on the mic stating “I don’t know why you here. We closed.” And the continued to make other rude comments. I was shocked and stayed because I thought maybe they forgot to that their mic was on. The employee then cleared their throat and spoke louder in the mic and said it again with more attitude. So I responded by stating “Excuse me? You are closed?” And he said “That’s what I said, we closed”. I drove off and did not make a fuss because I would never invest my money into a business that conducts business that way. I was horrified by this experience because I have been visiting this location for years now and have not experienced that type of treatment before. Their drive thru is open 24 hours. I know that from not only eating their late night on many occasions but it’s also pasted on their building and google. I dislike leaving negative reviews but this was not an experience that I want anyone else to experience. This Location is very rude and disrespectful made a purchase through the app went through the drive-through to pick it up gave the code. The gentleman began to tell me that he couldn't complete my order because they were shortstaffed and There was no Supervisor on duty. I reached out this Morning of October 6, 2024 at 9:21 AM repeatedly asked for the manager she refused to give her name all of a sudden she said fabulous. Ola was her name and then said you have to speak to her supervisor who allegedly was the manager who was I repeatedly asked her if she can provide me with that person's information.
